“I would recommend Pure Cremation to everyone. At a difficult time, they dealt with everything with sensitivity and professionalism throughout. The process was simple and their staff rang me at every stage to explain what was happening. It was a real comfort to know when my late mother had been collected and was in their care and all of the staff I dealt with, were kind and patient throughout. Thank you Pure Cremation.”

“From the time my husband passed, to the time he was cremated the customer service and care was second to none. However from the cremation to having his ashes delivered the customer service was none-existent. I felt as if I was forgotten and seemed to be forever chasing information and updates. Very upsetting and disappointing.”

“My father passed away on 10th January. One phone call to Pure Cremation placed my father into their care. The service was absolutely first rate. Superb service with staff more than happy to help. I have nothing but praise for this company. In a word excellent.”

“Absolutely amazing. From the first phone call to the moment my mum was dropped back to us all staff were outstanding! The update phone calls were such a relief to all the family and the presentation of the ashes box is simply beautiful. We cannot thank pure cremation enough for their service.”

“My wife recently passed away unexpectedly, and had always said that she didn't want a fuss and that what Pure Cremation offered was ideal for her. Having contacted Pure Cremation, I have nothing but praise for Kingsley who dealt with the arrangements and Emma who returned my wife to me once the cremation had taken place.”

“I’m so impressed how professional pure cremation are Both my parents had plans with you and I have lost them both in the last 20 months The service you provided was excellent and every one of your team members who I have dealt with were very nice and sympathetic under these sad times Would recommend pore cremations to any one that would like a closed cremation You done both my parents proud with respect and dignity”

“Absolute bunch of morons. Pure cremations wrote to my mother on 2nd February 2022 about their services. She passed away on 18th May 2021, how they could be more tactless or offensive I don't know. Absolute scum,”

“When my dad said he wanted a pure cremation funeral my thoughts were, oh no this is going to be nightmare to sort out and full of problems, but I have to state here and now I could not have been more wrong, the whole thing from start to finish was handed professionally and with dignity,even though this took place over Christmas & new year it made no difference, I was made aware of every step and someone was at the end of the phone to help with any queries well done all the team.”
