“My aunt had a pre paid Pure Cremation plan. Ater her recent death, as her nominated representative, I was the one who had to sort everything. From the first call I made to Pure Cremation to the return of the ashes, I found the whole process very easy from start to finish. Abi was the first person I spoke to on the phone and I found her very kind and professional.She explained everything that would happen and gave me her direct number should I need anything at all. There was a slight delay due to the coroner not sending them the required paperwork immediately but they dealt with all this and kept me informed throughout. They phoned with the date of cremation as I had requested and then again with the date of the return of the ashes. They arrived hand delivered on time, nicely presented with a lovely card and useful information. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering this kind of funeral.”

“When our lovely mum Ellen passed we were heartbroken but Pure Cremation helped make it easier for us. Lisa was so calm and compassionate all the way through. She kept us updated every step of the way. It made the journey so easy. Then the lovely Nicola delivered mum to us and made it so special for us. Mums favourite flower was lavender and we couldn’t believe the urn came with lavender print. Feels like mum is with us. Thankyou to everyone at Pure Cremation for looking after mum so well.”

“Pure Cremation – A Truly Gentle and Loving Service for My Mum When my beautiful mum, Lilian Atkins, passed away, I was heartbroken. But from the very first moment we contacted Pure Cremation, I felt we were in safe, caring hands. They looked after Mum with such kindness, dignity, and genuine compassion — it meant more to me than words can say. We were gently guided through every step, with clear, thoughtful updates that made us feel connected to Mum’s journey. Nothing ever felt rushed or impersonal. Every phone call, every message came with warmth and understanding — and that made all the difference. I want to say a very special thank you to Helen Ashley, the wonderful lady who brought Mum home. Helen was so gentle, respectful, and kind. She took the time to explain everything to us and treated Mum as though she were her own. Her compassion touched me deeply, and I will never forget the care she showed in those precious final moments. “My friend passed away recently and had chosen Pure Cremation for her last journey. I am so very impressed with the kindness and courtesy shown to both myself and my friends' sister during this time, not to metion the respect and care proffered to my friend. “My husband was diagnosed with cancer last year but sadly lost his battle at the beginning of July this year, he chose Pure Cremation as he didn’t want a traditional funeral. They dealt with him with absolute professionalism from beginning of the process to the end. I was kept well informed every step of the way. His ashes were hand delivered back to me which was a lovely thing to do, I honestly would recommend Pure Cremation for anyone who don’t want a traditional funeral.”

“When my father passed away and pure cremation came to take him to their cremarorium i wasnt there but i was told the staff were very dignified and throughout very helpful and well mannered nothing was to much trouble when they brought his ashes back.the lady was so dignified and pleasantwith my mum so thank you.”

“My late mum had told me before her passing that she wished for a no fuss funeral from Pure Cremation. i was unsure at first but also agreed that I would honour her wishes. I have to say that having been involved in another funeral the Pure Cremation model removed all the stress associated with organising a traditional funeral and wake at a time when already struggling. The staff at Pure Cremation were sincere and respectful from first contact to when the delivered mums ashes back to me at home. This process has allowed me time to process and will now organise a small memorial at a time of my choosing to have her ashes interned. I now am now thinking that this is what I will be requesting for myself when the time comes”
