“My father passed away on the 3rd December and although I understand delays due to Christmas, we were told that we would receive the ashes by the 21st Jan at the latest. I was also told someone would contact me to arrange delivery and this could be sooner than the 21st. This seems already like an long time, but then by the 20th Jan I hadn't heard anything. I emailed and received a reply saying I should hear from them within 48 hours. I replied back to say I was told the ashes would be with me by the 21st at the latest. Then I was told there was a delay and they would now be delivering on the 24th Jan and someone would contact me on the 21st to arrange this. I did not receive a call, so called again them on the 21st and they then told me someone would contact me on the 24th now. On the 24th they delivered the ashes to my address, instead of my mother's where they were supposed to be going. Would not use again, caused stress at an already stressful time.”

“I can't praise Pure Cremation enough. Their team were incredibly understanding and helpful and the whole process was incredibly easy from start to finish. Throughout the whole process I felt my husband was in safe hands and being well cared for. For him to be brought home to me directly by one of their staff was lovely as I knew he was travelling safely. I can't thank you all enough.”

“Pure Cremation dealt with my late father’s funeral arrangements with considerable professionalism and courtesy. The response to my request to collect my father from home and take him to their facility in Andover was swift and efficient and they let me know when they would be arriving. I was kept informed of when the funeral would take place and my father’s ashes were hand delivered to my house on the day I was told they would arrive. There was a fixed fee for the service and there were no hidden extras. However, if I had wanted to pay an additional fee, up to 12 people could have attended a service at the crematorium. My father expressly wanted to keep things simple and inexpensive and I was pleased to be able to give him the funeral he wanted. All in all, I am very pleased with Pure Cremation and have no hesitation in recommending the service I received from the company.”

“Found everyone very helpful at this difficult time. They were on time whenever they said they would be getting in touch. It was such a difficult time but it was so much easier having them sort everything out and delivery of the ashes was done with a lot of respect”

“I’m aware this is not for everyone but my experience has been very good indeed. They communicated every step of the way, did what they said they would, when they said they’d do it, and the staff were so very kind and thoughtful. If it were possible I would say it was a positive experience at a difficult time. I lost my much loved husband of 50 years. Thank you”

“The professionalism is of the highest calibra the care and attention to detail is outstanding and the communication is first class wish I had done the same for myself Just one point I would bring to the attention of Pure Cremation is to give the executor a choice of if he would like a proper urn for the remains of the loved one instead of handing the ashes in what I would describe as a Tupperware cereal box that would be the only critic I would say for the service and care absolutely first class Thank you”

We have carefully considered the presentation of the ashes and selected a robust, cellulose (biodegradable) container that also allows us to present the ceramic disc that we offer as tangible reassurance of identity. We include this high-quality container in our great value price and we believe that it is a considerable improvement on the traditional "sweetie jar" container or newer cardboard boxes used by other crematoria. “Very helpful on first contact. When my uncle died of covid aged 97 October 2021 they were quick to respond to my call. They dealt with his simple cremation my uncle had pre- booked . We chose Pure Cremation because of the good reviews I had read. Plus the price was reasonable. I think the magazine you sent to me after my uncle died dealing with grief was brilliant. 👍This magazine should be sent to people when they pre pay for a cremation to support them in their grief when it actually happens.
