“From the minute I rang Pure Cremation, I felt confident that we were doing the right thing. Everyone was so helpful, and we were kept informed at all times. We were told when the ashes would be brought to our home, and a lovely smartly dressed gentleman arrived with a beautifully packaged urn. He made sure we were both ok with everything before he left. Excellent and compassionate service all the way through.”

“Pure cremation took a lot of the hassle out of dealing with a difficult time. They kept me up to date with progress regularly and the cremation was completed in a timely manner. I was, however, a little surprised that they demanded immediate payment. Whilst I was able to cover the cost, I am sure many people might need to juggle funds to cover the cost. I found this element stressful.”

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, it's great to know that our support made things a little easier at such a difficult time. Looking after a loved one comes first. If your loved one passes away at home, in a nursing home or hospice we will not ask for any money before we set out. We do require full payment before booking the cremation. In all other cases, we ask for full payment before bringing your loved one into our care. Kind regards, Mia

“My 93 year old mother decided that when her husband of 71 years died, she wanted Pure Cremation to provide the final service for him. I'm the daughter and acted as the key contact person for the Pure Cremation team. As a family we can say, that Pure Cremation have dealth with every part of the service in a friendly, yet highly professional manner. The team kept in contact, as we were dealing with some obstacles and delays due to the Christmas period. We had complete confidence in what they said and did. My mother is so impressed with the team, and how they have handled everything, including delivering the ashes to her. She has now instructed me that 'when her time comes' she wants me to use Pure Cremation for her, and I needed to include that view in our review of the service. So, there is nothing more I can add! Thank you to all involved.”

“From the very first phone call to enquire and book a cremation to the final delivery of the ashes, everything was first class and done with the utmost respect. It was a huge weight off my mind when there are so many things to deal with and phone calls to make that this very important part of a loved one's death was taken care of so flawlessly. Thank you.”

“Not a good service received and not what we were sold or on their website . My dad passed away on 1st January and was not collected by pure cremation from the hospital until 23rd January . Not much communication and they kept saying it was because of paperwork then finally they admitted that they were short staffed . Not informed until 26th the cremation was definitely taking place 28th and that was only because I rang them , more happened but to much to go into. The only positive we have is when the ashes were hand delivered by a lovely lady who spent time talking to us showing us care and compassion”

“I am glad my wife and I chose to use Pure Cremation a simple way to leave this life without all of the arrangements and costs of a funeral, so family and friends wont have to say goodbye to a wooden box,.They can remember Jean my wife and me as we're, have . i am happy with Pure Creation myself i am satistfid with my choice. thanks again Pure Cremation. “This unfortunately the 2nd time i have used Pure cremations in the last 3 years. The service is always excellent, from empathetic staff,to communication. For a simple but dignified saying goodbye to a love one.I would highly recommend them.”

“At the sad time when I needed a simple and quick way to deal with my sisters loss, I found Pure Cremaion service very helpful and supportive.They were easy to deal with, the follow up process was very good and kept me informed at all stages.
