“I called as my Father had passed away and he had requested a straight cremation. He didn't want the family sitting in a church crying over him but instead wanted us to greave in private in our own way. The team were very helpful and considerate especially the gentleman the returned my fathers ashes to my mother. She has advised me that when it is her turn she would like the same service and then I will have both their ashes.”

“At a very difficult time it was re-assuring to know that the team at Pure Cremation were there to help. They took charge of everything and in such a caring way. All references to my husband were done in a very respecful way. You never want to be in this situation but if you are it is comforting to know that your loved one is being cared for with professionalism and respect.”

“My dad had already sorted a Pure Cremation some years ago and made me carry the Pure Cremation card in my wallet, so when my dad passed away recently I called the number on the card on the same day and from there on Pure Crematiion took care of everything, leaving me time to deal with other matters and to grieve in the way I needed to. Pure Cremation were warm and caring every ste of the way and made a very difficult time a little bit easier”

“Amazing company. My mum didn’t have a plan in place, but had told me she wanted a Pure Cremation. The morning that she passed, I googled Pure Cremation and called to start the process, which they made very easy, considering the circumstances. After half an hour on the phone, going through the necessities, all was arranged and paid for. Mum was collected that afternoon and taken midway to Bury St Edmond’s (we live in Norfolk). I was contacted by phone within the week to advise of the next step, which was that once they had received the ‘green form’ she would be collected and taken into their care in Andover, ready for the committal. They called again within a few days, when she was in their care and advised the committal date. The ashes did take a little longer than their 7-21 day period to be ‘hand delivered’, only because of the area I live in and that a representative did have to have an overnight stay. I was sent an email 2 days before, giving me an 4 hour window for delivery. I was then called the morning of delivery to be given a more definite time. I had paid for 2 urns, which are eco friendly and pretty. The representative was friendly and compassionate. I couldn’t have wished for a better service. Thank you so much for taking care of my mum ❤️ Highly recommend”
