“My husband died recently and had no funeral plan made I knew he didnt want a fuss just a cremation but he was sure where he wanted his ashes scattered. I rang pure cremation when he passed and I am so glad I did. As soon as they answered the phone they were absolutely lovely so kind compasionate and helpful. They explained the procedure and allowed me to ask as many questions I needed to they reassured me from the first moment. They picked up my husband from his care home on time and contacted me to let me know every step they were taking I was assigned a lovely lady who I knew I could call any time of day to ask anything more I needed to know which I may have forgotten. I told the lady that my husbands ashes were going abroad for scattering and she explained what I needed to take with me for legality on the journey. They asked me if the date for the cremation was ok with me and then said I would get a call once the ashes were ready to be transported back to me and they did just that. When the lady came with the ashes she was lovely listening to me chatter on without rushing me she was respectful,professional and kind. I asked her if pure cremations were a good company to work for and she said with a big smile yes they are I love my job and wouldnt like to work anywhere else that made me happy and content. Thank you Pure Cremations from the bottom of my heart keep doing what you are doing.”

“Since the passing of my husband I thought the cremation would be quite a stressfull esperience but it was the opposite. Pure Cremation made it as dignified as it could possibly be and everything that they promised was carried out. I have already told my familty that when the time comes for my turn I want the same as my late husband.”

“I recieved a fantastic and efficient service form Pure Cremation. My mum deteriorated very quickly in a care home. Once she had passed they came to collect her within a few hours. She was the last of her siblings and family all over the country and abroad and we decided on having a simple cremation and we are planning a get together later in the year. I was kept informed all the time by Tracey as to where she was and what was happening. It really helped take the stress out of organising a traditional funeral . Her ashes came back to me about 4 weeks later. Would really recommend Pure cremation if you are looking for a simple no fuss funeral. The only criticism (if you could call it that) is that it would have been nice to choose what her ashes were returned in. They came back in a plastic container with some pure cremation stickers on and a sticker with her details on. it would have been nice if you could choose a wooden casket or something similar with engraved name even if it meant paying more to choose. Otherwise no issues whatsoever”

We have carefully chosen the ashes container for strength and green credentials, as well as a design that can accommodate our unique ceramic identity disc. “They get the job done, but though they say they will keep you informed at each stage, from collection to cremation etc, they don't. I had to phone and ask if they had collected fron the hospital, and again to find out the date of the cremation.”
