“What an amazing service from start to finish. My brother had died suddenly in hospital. I called pure cremation to see what I could do as my brother had left no will. Very supportive and understanding. I had my own agent Wendy Senior who arranged everything and kept me informed right up until my brothers ashes were delivered by had to me .”

“Hello yes I would like to say that Linda called me this morning at 8:30 when I asked her to always polite lovely lady explained everything and it was a sheer pleasure doing business with her. She is hundred percent an asset to your company. She answered all the questions I had With his and she made me feel really relaxed. Death is a very very horrible thing to talk about but she made it sound okay I just like to say a big thank you to Linda and your company for putting my mind at ease and I will hundred percent tell my friends and my family about it And hopefully they come on board you’ll get more work they get a good service thank you very much kind regards, Kelly Smith”

“Always respectful but I didn’t quite grasp the level of disconnect with the celebration of Lesley’s life. Absolutely no complaints about the service provided. The ambience and location of the premises could however maybe improved upon.”

“Everything went smoothly and free of worry at a time when things are very hard to deal with. I was kept in touch with the details namely when the cremation would take place and my husband's ashes were safely delivered by a very kind sympathetic lady.”

“An excellent service from start to finish. If anybody is considering this type of cremation then Pure Cremation are the people to contact. They dealt with my wife in a most caring and professional way, and kept me regularly informed by phone. You could not ask for a better service. I've instructed my children to use them when I pass away.”
