“Pure Cremations were brilliant following the death of my partner, Veronica. It was always easy to speak to my contact at their offices, Julia, and they did exactly what they said they would do, and for a great price. I would recommend this company to anybody looking to take care of a loved one. Thank you.”

“Although a very sad time for us as a family Pure Cremations have been amazing. Friendly, helpful, and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Very respectful toward our loved one and to me as family, also willing to listen or answer any questions you have day or night. The ashes were hand delivered with care and respect.”

“From the very beginning Pure Cremation have been so kind. Everyone has shown a huge amount of understanding & compassion, answering all my questions in such a kind caring way. I cannot recommend Pure Cremation enough. They have kept in touch with me through every step, contacting me frequently which I found very comforting. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You have all made a difficult & sad situation a lot easier to deal with.”

“Getting the Pure Cremation and speaking to a person was fine and went well, but arranging for the passed person picked up from a hospital was a fight.”

“excellent service, respectful and helpful. looked after mum all the way. hand delivered ashes to me for a remembrance service later in the year. exactly what mum wanted. so pleased it took all the worry out of planning a funeral. pure cremation handled everything after mum passed in hospital - i just did registered the death. so easy. lovely people, very kind. the crematorium looked lovely, they sent a lovely brochure, with super pictures, and they plant a tree for every service they do, which was a beautiful added extra. i would highly recommend pure cremations - i have already looked into getting a plan for myself - it makes it easier for the family and friends left behind. thank you so much for all your help.”

“The service from Pure Cremation was mainly positive. The staff were helpful and supportive and receptive. Unfortunately, I only gave a 4 star review due to 2 reasons. Firstly, we were not contacted from Pure Cremation regarding the time of Mums ashes being returned despite being told we would receive an email the day before. Secondly, we received a letter addressed to Mum from Pure Cremation regarding a gift card. This was a number of weeks after she had died. As you can imagine, this was upsetting for my elderly father and myself.”
