“Pure Cremations Dear Pure Cremations Team At a time of crisis you are certainly the people to know and contact. My husband died on 12th September 2022 having told me that he wanted a no fuss cremation and had seen your advert on the TV. His death was earlier than expected and we hadn’t organised it . However I phoned you on the day he died and by early evening you team arrived to collect him. The gentleman who collected him were just excellent. Professional, respectful, kind and understanding. Exactly what is needed at this extremely emotional time. Your office team were likewise professional, respectful, kind ,understanding and extremely efficient. The communication and customer care throughout the process was excellent and I was so grateful as being all over the place I needed them to organise me which they did perfectly. I have nothing but absolute praise of the Pure Cremation Team and would recommend this service to anyone. With the financial saving made from not having the traditional funeral I was able to make the Celebration of my husband’s life so very very special and it will live in our memories forever. Thank you Pure Cremations Jan Malpas”

“Both my parents have passed away within the past four months. On each occasion we have used PureCremation and have had first class experiences. We were kept informed every step of the way and the staff couldn’t have been more kind, respectful or professional. Would have no hesitation in recommending PureCremation.”

“My Husband and I picked Pure Creamation as we thought long and hard about what we both wanted.The professional people that you have working for you are brilliant. They treated me we the uttermost respect when I had to tell them my husband had died and Julia in your team was brilliant when talking to me. The young lady they brought my husband back to me was lovely and did not just drop his ashes off but came in and chatted to me which I thought was a lovely touch. So I would highly recommended Pure Cramation to any body. Thank you for all you kindness at a sad time and respect for me.”

“From first contact to arranging our wishes, I found the service provided when my wife passed away,was carried out professionally,from first contact to return of my wife's ashes,I was kept informed,supported through out via telephone,curtious,dignified, I have my plan in place.no regrets,Many Thanks”

“Although you don't get to say good bye in a traditional way, this is what our mam had asked for. We hadn't had the chance to set it up as she was rushed into hospital, when I called to make enquiries about if we could still take a policy out we were informed about there emergency hospital cover that still allowed us to follow mam's wishes. Everyone that I spoke with was very professional and gave condolences, the gentleman that returned her ashes was so lovely, as I broke down when I answered the door and he wanted to make sure I had someone with me. The urn doesn't look like a traditional one and has a beautiful scene on it. A fantastic service with all the worry and stress removed during such a horrid time for our family”

“Excellent service, anyone you speak to is very nice and kind and helpful. We feel David our loved one was in excellent hands. We had Chloe as our main person she was brilliant, she contacted you asap with any updates or even when I had emailed a question she rang with a reply with in 5 minutes. We picked up his ashes and the place is lovely clean tidy and beautiful. We was seen instantly and everything was explained and all questions answered by the lady who gave us his ashes. I highly recommend pure cremation on the experience I have had with them. Thank you 💐”

“From start to finish Pure Cremation was truly professional. They made the process very easy and caring when it’s such a difficult time dealing with the death of a loved one. They explained the process and kept in touch throughout. They hand delivered the ashes back in a very good time frame. Would highly recommend to anyone in the future. Can’t thank them enough for the service they provided.”

“Pure cremation was wonderful from day one they waited until I got the funds once that was sorted everything else was very easy,they kept me informed on what's going to happen and when,they even delivered the ashes to my front door in a lovely tub with a wonderful picture on the front,very good price aswell only £1295,I would recommend pure cremation that's for sure.”

“My grandmother had already taken out a policy with Pure Cremation, however, we were still confused about the process and what to expect. The staff at Pure Cremation were incredibly helpful, sympathetic and provided valuable advice - Stephanie was incredibly patient with all my questions and kept me updated at every stage, until we had our grandmother's ashes safely home. Death is not easy; but using Pure Cremation was a pleasure and we are grateful that our grandmother elected to use them.”
