“Our son had terminal cancer age just 41. It was his decision to use Pure Cremation and we are very pleased he did. He died at home and we had plenty of time to say our goodbyes. From collection at home they were very respectful, and upon arrival at Andover we were kept informed regularly, all paperwork was done it was a very smooth transfer up to his committal, the date this was to be done and the return of his ashes seven days later. I and many of my family and friends will choose Pure Cremation in the future.”

“Would very highly recommend. Pure Cremation looked after both our Mum and very recently, our Dad. Neither wanted a traditional funeral. Instead, once their ashes were hand delivered back to us, we had a wonderful gathering to celebrate their lives. It only took 1 phone call to arrange and Pure Cremation kept us informed all the way through and were very caring and respectful. Excellent service.”

“18th March 2025 - 3rd April 2025 From the moment I contacted Pure Cremation regarding my 25yr old son's death, they were very kind, yet professional. I rang them over a concern I had, immediately they listened & reassured me. Brooke delivered my sons ashes to me (not an easy thing to do). She was so compassionate & showed real concern over support for me going ahead. I have absolutely no other option but to say the whole process was made so much easier to deal with because of Pure Cremation. From the initial call which was so difficult to make, to my sons ashes returned by Brooke, everyone was so caring. Thank you to everyone I dealt with & sorry I can't remember all your names. “Very compassion and caring staff. When my dad passed Nick was very calming and talked me though the process. All follow up calls were very kind and Brook delivered the ashes and made my mum feel at ease. Would highly recommend”

“It was a shock to hear of my brother's passing, and as you can imagine its been a very sad and difficult time for our family to process his loss. I decided to go with Pure Cremation, and so glad I did, the team were by my side every step of the way from start to finish nothing was too much trouble for them. Pure were very professional, caring, and understanding at all times. Even down to the return of John's ashes and personal belongings, delivered safely to my front door. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for taking John into your care. If anyone is contemplating using their services, don't hesitate give them a call, your loved one's will be in safe hands. “As a family we found the pure cremation team very thoughtful and helpful at every step of the difficult process. The only part i would have liked to be different was knowing the time of my mum's cremation. The day of the committal was difficult , wondering what time it would be happening. The lady that brought my mum home was so lovely and respectful.”
