“I was unsure when mum let us know that her wish was to be cared for by pure cremation, but the whole experience was most professional, caring and thoughtful, the kindness shown by the staff made the difficult time more easy to bear. Thank you”

“Pure Cremation was exactly as my late husband would have wished. So tastefully done and in our case it was nice for the immediate family to be present at his committal. His ashes have now been safely delivered back to me. Thank you all at Pure Cremation. Best regards, Pamela Hyson.”

“As a family, we were pleased how your company made everything so straightforward and simple. Everyone I spoke with was polite and helpful and it was reassuring that 'mum' was in safe hands. The ashes were returned in a lovely container and the driver arrived exactly when he said he would. Thank you again for not making a sad time more stressful. “Could not that Pure Cremation enough for everything they have done since my dad's passing. Constantly at the end of the phone if you needed to talk to them. Kept the family informed throughout the whole process. Very respectful at all times. Kept informed when dad was being pick up. Gave us the date for the cremation so that we could celebrate his life in our own way on the day. And the young man who hand delivered dad back to us was so polite and respectful throughout. Would highly recommend Pure Cremation.”

“Today we scatter my Fathers ashes, it would have been his 95th birthday. He had requested no fuss and that is why we had a pure cremation. The arrangements were so easy to put in place and then on my Father's passing the pure cremation team were brilliant from start to finish, all very respectful and professional. They made a difficult time just that little bit easier to cope with. On behalf of my family I would like to say thank you all very much.”

“I would like to say that Pure Cremation were very professional throughout the process of dealing with my mother after she passed away and they kept me informed of every step of the way . The ashes were delivered by hand at an agreed time so that we can now celebrate her life as a family in a way she would have liked”

“Pure Cremation Ltd were absolutely brilliant in all the interactions I had with them regarding the passing of my husband. The person who took my call early one morning, thank you for providing an all hours service, was very sensitive, understanding, helpful and easy to talk with. The administration work was easy to do and prompt The team that collected my husband were kind, compassionate and so careful and considerate. I was an ambulance officer many years ago so knew the pitfalls of removing someone from their home, it was done very efficiently, and the crew were so personable and made, what was a horrible time for me, bearable and non-dramatic. The gentleman who delivered the ashes was also very sympathetic and understanding. All in all the service was wonderful and I thank you so very much. I will be organising my own cremation with your company Many friends and relations all tuned in on a zoom call to make a toast to my husband on the day of the cremation, which was a much better experience than going through a funeral. I only had one friend who felt she had been cheated by not being able to attend a service! Thank you”

“So sorry for the delay , My Family would just like to express how grateful we are for the way you all dealt with my Late Father Mr George Reynolds. The service that you provided for us was 1st Class , with him being collected & taken away within hours of his Passing, and being returned on the day that was arranged (even with it being a Bank Holiday). We were informed of every movement within the process of the final cremation. It took the whole stress of having to arrange a ‘full’ funeral away from the family , at a very sad & emotional time for us all. You will be highly recommended to others (when the time comes). Thank You Again. Kind Regards . The Reynolds Family.”

“A very smooth process. Friendly staff always on end of phone. Kept up to date with all proceedings. Delivery of ashes done in person by extremely polite and courteous gentleman from staff. Was happy to chat and give brief history of company. All in all could not fault all my dealings with pure cremation.”

“It was my dad,s wish to have a minimum fuss funeral.Pure Cremation were good value,respectful and very nice people.I would especially like to thank Luke Dowan for dealing professionally and sympathetically with Green Form issues that were not of his making.We got there in the end and my mum was very pleased with the decorated urn - opting on leaving my dad intact instead of scattering his ashes.Many thanks for all your help. “I was very happy with the service you supply, my husband and I had discussed pure cremation, as find service’s distressing, although it was distressing for me and my family , we were able to show our emotions more .staff very helpful , and the gentleman who delivered the ashes was very thoughtful and kind . “Pure cremations has looked after my dad and having to deal with the doctors who caused alot of problems so from the time he got there to actually being cremated took a long time but chloe and the rest of the team where very helpful and kept me and the family informed All the time. I would definitely recommend them to any one who wants a no fuss funeral”
