“I didn't know what to expect when I arranged a pure cremation for my brother, but from start to finish everyone i have been in contact with have been amazing. So compassionate, sincere & sensitive to our sudden bereavement. I was kept upto date with everything that was happening. The young girl who delivered my brothers ashes was lovely, ready at hand to give me a hug when I got a bit emotional. She was certainly made for this job. So, on behalf of my family & myself thank you so much ”

““One phone call” that’s all I made and that was that ! Absolutely amazing service from start to finish ! “This was mine and my Husband's first time dealing with a funeral/ cremation. We contacted Pure Cremation following the passing of my Father-in-law. Debbie was the first lady we spoke to and she was lovely, she talked us through everything, including next steps and what to expect. The communication from Pure Cremation throughout the whole process has been spot on and they made us feel at ease the whole time. I would strongly recommend Pure Cremation based on our experience. Everything was dealt with professionally and with great empathy. We have now had my Father-in-laws ashes returned by hand and the lady who returned him home was lovely and comforting. The urn that he is in is lovely and Pure Cremations have made this whole process easy and taken a massive weight off. Thank you for everything.”

“I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Pure Cremation having employed their services 20 months ago when my Father passed away. They were kind, compassionate, understanding, efficient and professional. Hence I contacted them again 6 weeks ago when my Mother passed. I received the same courteous consideration from start to finish when a nice young man returned their ashes to me in respectful containers. It made the whole sad experience bearable. Thank you Pure Cremation.”

“We went with pure cremation as it's what my Auntie wanted. Hearing and reading negative comments about the procedure I was a little apprehensive. I'm sorry this was my first thought. From the initial passing of my Auntie the after care has been exemplary, the phone calls at every point of her 'journey' from polite, friendly staff were very comforting for me as I felt I'd deserted her. The lady (I'm so sorry I've forgotten her name) who brought her home was lovely, she took the time to listen as we talked to her about my Auntie and her personality, her little quirks, her funny one liners and how much she loved my husband, haha She was very informative of the questions asked and gave us good understanding of the procedure”

“My husband and I had both taken out pre-payment plans with Pure Cremation a few years ago. Sadly my husband passed away recently and I am so glad we had everything already in place. A phone call to Pure Cremation and within hours a private ambulance arrived to collect my husband, the two people who came were so efficient, professional and respectful. We had requested the ashes to be returned following cremation so we can scatter them locally and throughout the process I was always kept fully informed and the ashes were delivered to my home by a lovely lady. When someone dies you have so much going on that it was a relief to know Pure Cremation would save such a lot of stress. My son knows that, when I go, everything is covered and there will be no costs at all for him to find out of my estate. I would highly recommend Pure Cremation”
