“Everything was made very simple and the people at Pure Cremation, as well as being sympathetic, were very efficient! The whole thing upto the Ashes being delivered by Steve was very respectful and treated with dignity!”

“We used Pure Cremation following my Dad's death. We are really happy with how everything was handled. We wanted an intimate family led service as well as the cremation and so the use of the Oak room was perfect for us, fortunately we are only an hour away from Charlton Park. Ashley looked after us and made sure that we had the 3 specific recordings for our music choice. Dad's death was certified in the evening so there was going to be a bit of a wait for his body to be collected. Pure Cremation called us and offered us the choice of Dad being collected by a local funeral director so Mum could go to bed and they would then collect him from there. They took on the additional cost for this. Mum has been so happy with how everthing was handled she has said she wants to do the same when she goes. The only slight negative is that I didn't get a call on the day Dad's ashes were returned so it made it harder to plan my day.”

“From the first point of contact the service & kindness was impeccable. Obviously we didn’t know exactly what to do/what happens & Rebecca, who took my call gentle explained every process & who was responsible for doing what. We were kept up to date with each stage respectfully & when we received the ashes home it was in a professional yet kind manner. First class service throughout”

“What can I say! The Pure Cremation staff are kind, sympathetic, supportive and caring. I was kept informed at every stage of my husband's journey from his home to the resting place, commital and his final journey home. This morning I received a certificate of a tree being planted in his memory. I didn't know about this and was so touched. I can't thank the staff enough for all the care they took of me and my family. When it is my turn I know where I wish to go.”

“I have been absolutely bowled over by the kindness and sensitivity shown following the death of my father. Everything was well explained and supported. This is my first experience of a direct cremation service and felt quite unsure how I would feel at first. I have been reassured and not felt the sense of loss around not attending a service. Alison and Emma have been fabulous. Communication excellent. Respect outstanding.”

“Losing my husband last December was devastating, we had discussed what kind of funeral we would both like & decided that a private cremation was our choice. I saw the adverts for Pure Cremation and can advise that they handled everything beautifully, they kept me informed all the way so I knew what was happening. His ashes were brought to our home by a lovely lady who comforted me and made sure I was coping before she left. It was all affordable and very professional, my thanks.”
