“I have unfortunately used pure cremation twice in the last four months once for my step dad and once for my mum, I found them to be very caring , and listened to my wishes , the lady Nicola who brought my mum home is a credit to pure cremation, she listened and was able to give me lots of reassurance when I became upset”

“I thought everyone I spoke to at Pure Cremation was very respectful. I liked how they kept me updated at each stage and even the terminology of "your mum is now staying with us" once she had been collected from the hospital was nice, at a very stressful time.”

“Having had no plan in place at recent death of my wife , spoke to Pure who kindly set one in place immediately . They came to address at which wife was resident at 2130 hrs approx to collect her . Kept me in touch with each part of operation as we went and delivered her ashes back to me as arranged . I would thoroughly recommend service as second to none . All staff helpful friendly and extremely good at their job . Many thanks for superb service”

“Pure Cremation have been nothing but helpful, understanding and comforting after the loss of my husband.They kept me informed the whole time, in the face of several hiccups, non of which were their fault, just official incompetance. They are a company to be recommended. All the staff I dealt with were kind, patient and tried to help in any way they could. Glad I too have a Pure Cremation plan in place. My family will have no worries when it is my time to shuffle off this mortal coil.”

“My partner died at home. The gentlemen that collected him were lovely, quite willing to wait for me to assemble some things to go with my partner for cremation. They were very respectful and also were very willing to hear about him. Lindsey was my contact in Pure Cremation and she was wonderful all the way through the process, very kind and compassionate all the way through, a great comfort. His ashes were brought home by a lovely gentleman who was quite willing to sit and talk with me he was so nice. Pure Cremation was an excellent choice and went above and beyond my exceptions. Definitely a 5star would give 10 stars if I could.”

“I would have had the best review but we got told after my dad passed away that they couldn’t come and collect my dad as needed a post mortem so was left for 5 hours trying to find another funeral place to come and take my dad to rest to then find out pure cremation could have been there to collect my dad”

“From the first point of contact to the delivering of ashes , the service we received was 5 star, after the initial worry of whether a pure cremation was the right choice for my mother , and the ‘no funeral’ idea, we absolutely made the right choice. We chose the 10 person close family option to go to Charlton park on the day of mums comital , we had 20 minutes with mum, 3 songs and a beautiful on screen image .The grounds in Andover are beautiful , modern and even had rabbits running around outside, beautiful setting!! I can not recommend this company and it’s wonderful staff enough and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.”

“Amazing service throughout. The gentlemen who collected dad did so with no rush and deepest respect. Even playing you'll never walk alone as they left because they'd noticed dad's LFC attire. Staff checked in regularly and where always available if we had any queries day and night. Every member of staff where amazing.”
