“Disappointing service this time. I've very sadly lost my father and mother within a 9 month period. Dad's aftercare with Pure Cremations was faultless and I've recommended your services to many. Dad's ashes were returned to me within a month of his passing. And I had telephone updates at each stage. However my mother, who passed away on the 10 February, has still not been returned to me. I chased via email last night, the cremation took place on Saturday 09 March, and received a response this morning advising the earliest date of return is the 04 April. I replied asking if there's anyway it could be sooner, that the wait is very upsetting, to be told that is the earliest date available. Very saddened...”

“The guys who collected my late mother were very professsional as has the rest of the team that I dealt with. My advice to others is to book an appointment with the registar as soon as possible to obtain the death certificate, have a web cam that will allow you to position it above any documents Pure Crem require rather than trying to move a laptop with a built in camera around to do the same thing. I would suggest that Pure Crem need need to rethink the design of their cremation urns. My mother's wish was to join my late father in a single urn and it was not an easy transfer and caused some issues but I got there in the end. Making it easier would take away any distress.”

“You recently looked after my mum, Norma Allan, and from the beginning to the end, I have been met with nothing but good impressions. I was a bit anxious as I’d never used a service such as this and felt without a funeral I wouldn’t be able to draw a line, however on receiving mum’s ashes and Ian explanation of everything and the opportunities available to come over to visit the crematorium and see where mum’s last resting place was. Thank you all so much.”
