“Pure cremation handled my mums cremation they were very respectful and kind when mum passed. The office staff kept us informed every step of the way we can't thank them enough for how they handled everything”

“This service was requested for my father, and I thought it was slightly unorthodox at first, but it made sense. It has gone incredibly well. So well, I feel this is now right for myself. I also have other family members that feel this is right for them as well. Remarkably, others tried to meddle and Pure Cremations were incredibly professional, only ever dealing with the policyholder in order to prevent the process from derailing in someway. A very grateful to the person who delivered my dad back home, you were so lovely.”

“Would recommend, very caring. Mum passed away and they guided me through it all the way, constantly in contact we me at every stage. Very discreet and respectful return of ashes. I will certainly be using them for me”

“My sister and I were were very pleased with the care that was taken of our mother after her death and the way her ashes were delivered back to us , I would recommend pure cremations to anybody and when my time comes you would be my choice to cover my cremation”

“Very friendly staff. Felt like a bit more communication would of been nicer. Also, got the wrong wrap design on the ashes. The lady that delivered the ashes was amazing. So nice and understanding. Overall a really good easy and straightforward service.”

“The team at pure cremation were extramley amazing and so understanding and they showed empathy towards myself when dealing with my later dad's cremation, they kept me informed or the process every step of the way so i knew what was happening, and Pat the lady that hand deleivered my dad back to me was so lovely and very understanding that she was happy to stand and talk to me about him, they are all amazing and I have already got a plan for my mum in place and will be looking at one for myself, keep up the great amazing work Pure Cremation you made a very sad and tramatic time easy for me deal with so thank you so much”

“Well all i can say is stay away from This company they don't help with the ease of loosing someone ,they make the process a-lot harder and mess you about with dates, and all i seemed to do was call and chase them with updates on collection of my mums body from the funeral directors to then chasing to see of they had her and then for her cremation date ,You Returned my mum in what I can only describe as a cereal box sized food waste bin which is horrendous and no-one would be at piece in that ! And without her personal belonging as we were assured would be returned to us to then for me to chase you once again and you have disposed of them even tho you reported it was stated in the notes ! Shes not bagged in the box so transporting her into an urn will leave some of her behind . You said her ashes would be brought back on the 5th of April then call and say its going to be sooner and thats not a problem but then sent her to the wrong address.”
