“You hope for the best..but, never know what to expect...Pure Cremation were totally professional, kind,caring,understanding and did I say kind...they collected my precious Dad when he passed..kept me informed, and led me through the process..they were everything that you hoped for. So much so, 5 of my family have now been convinced that Pure Cremation are the right people ti care for loved ones....Thank you for your kindness, efficiency, understanding, and support. You've got it perfectly right..don't change...thank you for personally delivering back our precious Dad in such a respectful way...you took away the worry when we were grieving..I will never forget that...thank you to each and every one of you. Xx”

“We’ve used pure cremation for both my mum and dad and they have been fantastic, they keep you up to date every step of the way by the same person they are understanding and so supportive and caring when they talk to you they really take all the stress out of everything we couldn’t be more thankful for everything they’ve done for us”

“The advertisement's on television say exactly how it is. We are very happy with the help we received from Pure Cremation. From the technician's that collected Eva, to the return, we were treated with the reverence and respect you would expect of an expensive funeral. The difference being in the cost only. We recommend Pure Cremation, and will be asking for their help again in the distant future..”

“At a time when in an emotional state, pure cremation took the worry and stress out of a difficult experience, particularly when never had to liase with mortuary, coroners etc before. Pure cremation handled everything professionally and swiftly and I felt comforted that my loved one was attended too with dignity.”

“I was very pleased with how everything was dealt with. I was told I would receive a call but didn't on the day I had to chase up what was being done. But it wasn't a negative point. I felt my dad was cared and respected in his journey from death to cremation. When my dad was returned to me I was informed by phone when they would arrive. A lady and man were very respectful. They got me to sign for him and then asked if they could help in anyway. They made me feel very at ease and we spoke for a few minutes. My over all dealing with pure cremation was very easy and respectful. Taking the pressure of a normal funeral. It was my dad's choice and I've also done the same and feel happy that I will be in their care. Thank you for everything you've done for my dad and myself. 10/10”

“Hello. Mum passed away on 3rd January 2025. I had no arrangements in.place and was sitting with her in the care home when she passed at 6.30pm. I.literally made the call to Pure Cremation whilst sitting with her shortly after her passing. The lady I spoke with was lovely and reassuring...I paid over the phone and everything went smoothly...I had been so worried that mum would not be collected in a timely manner, but I needn't have worried at all...I was kept up to date all the way. I even received my refund really quickly as I changed my mind about an attended Cremation, because I was told how beautiful the surrounding woodlands were where mum was taken to. The cases were returned 2 weeks later. I am very impressed with pure Cremation and I felt confident that they treated mum respectfully.”
