“Pure Cremation - what can I say except a heartfelt thank you. Absolute 1st class service from beginning to end. They did everything I asked of them with calm, patient, empathetic professionalism. On one occasion, our liaison person Connor Wake rang to ask a question and caught me on a rough day but calmly allowed me a tearful 'vent' which helped, more than I'm sure he realised. Got me over that 'hump' so especial thanks to him. The way the ashes were respectfully carried when returned stood out for me. Both the lady who brought my mother-in-laws ashes back (apologies her name escapes me) and Connor are definately 'in the right job'. Thank you on on behalf of myself and my husband . Jayne Rickard”

“My mother in law passed witrhout warning, we didnt have any plans in place but contacted Pure Cremation after seeing the advert on the television. Right from the start the service provided was compassionate and efficient. The coomunication was excellent and we were provided with a comprehensive details of what would happen. PC dealt with the whole process and kept us informed all the way. We really cant fault the way we were dealt with from start to when Mums ashes were returned. I highly recommend the service they provide.”

“From 1st contact they were very polite & sympathetic I was kept up to date with the process of my mother in law from start to finish . On delivery of my mother in laws ashes it was all with compassion. Highly recommend PURE CREMATION”

“Pure cremation took away all the stress and heartache connected with loosing a loved one. They were efficient, kind and courteous. The lady Emma, who delivered Mums ashes was kind and sympathetic also. I would highly recommend this service”

“Don't use this company. The time taken between collection of the body and cremation was 6 weeks , communication was poor and the stress of delays was unacceptable. Return of the urn was however excellent with the lady delivering being very professional , the first Id seen at Pure.”
