“Really happy with a pure cremation obviously we had nt choose the service but they handled everything with care and compassion, whole process was easy and the service is one I’ll be taking up myself”

“we dealt with the same 2 people which helped a lot at this sad time and were kept informed of everything that was happening. When the ashes were delivered it was done with dignity and we were given all the information that we needed for scattering the ashes abroad. We also discovered that a tree had been planted in our loved ones name which was a lovely touch.”

“Organised and thorough. Felt quite strange to carry out a cremation this way but allowed us to have a family service when we needed it, totally separate from the cremation.”

“Can't fault the service From the first call to start the process to the delivery of our ashes the service has been 100% They kept us up to date on what was happening and catered for changes we asked for. The ashes delivered in a fabulous container with a very considerate delivery.”

“For us, Pure Cremation was the ideal way of saying goodbye to Mum. From the beginning, Pure Cremation was professional, courteous and had a lot of empathy for this extremely difficult time for our family. All of the customer service representatives were fantastic, they let you know the procedure with detail and when, what and how Mum's ashes were being dealt with. I very much recommend Pure Cremation, you can trust them with your loved one. RIP Mum, you are missed so, so much xxxx”

“The people who collected my husband were extremely respectful and caring. The only issues I had were i would have liked to know the time of the cremation not just the day. When the ashes came home it was too quick and rushed. The lady seemed to be in such a hurry and wasn't anywhere near as respectful as I expected.”

“When my Mum passed away very recently, we contacted Pure Cremation, intially for information as our families had never used this service before. We were overwhelmd by the kindness understanding and respect they showed us and my Mum. From the first conversation the lovely staff at Pure Cremation kept us thorougly informed of each stage with compassion and kindness. When Rick delivered my Mums ashes back home to us it was as though this was a dear member of his own family, we will never foget this. We can recommend Pure Cremation completely and in fact my Husband,myself and other members of our family would use this amazing service. Thank you to all at Pure Cremation from the bottom of my heart. Your kindness and caring made a very difficult time much more bearable. Denise Richardson”
