“Very efficient! , The only thing I didn't like was pure cremation plastered on the van, I'd prefer a bit more discretion”

In response to feedback like yours, we’re currently in the process of removing the "Pure Cremation" wording from our ambulances. “cant fault the service really, just it all took a bit too long, from collection, committal and return of the ashes, thought the whole process was going to be quicker, but very good service other than that.”

“Very good service, easy to communicate with, and professional service, but rather let down at the end by the " urn " so called which resembles a plastic box used for corn flakes.”

“Having never used this service before, the process was simple and conducted with respect and dignity. Only thing I would suggest is to put it to the family if they want a discussion or input when having the ashes delivered. That I found difficult, the lady was lovely, but the sympathetic hug whe leaving I felt was a tad forced.. and as I am a ‘hugger’ it didn’t feel natural, and I accept it’s a difficult situation, I personally would have rather accepted the ashes at the door without the ‘chat and hug’ I accept other people would have found that a lovely sentiment, but for me, it didn’t feel authentic.”

“Getting the Pure Cremation and speaking to a person was fine and went well, but arranging for the passed person picked up from a hospital was a fight.”

“The service from Pure Cremation was mainly positive. The staff were helpful and supportive and receptive. Unfortunately, I only gave a 4 star review due to 2 reasons. Firstly, we were not contacted from Pure Cremation regarding the time of Mums ashes being returned despite being told we would receive an email the day before. Secondly, we received a letter addressed to Mum from Pure Cremation regarding a gift card. This was a number of weeks after she had died. As you can imagine, this was upsetting for my elderly father and myself.”

“As a family we found the pure cremation team very thoughtful and helpful at every step of the difficult process. The only part i would have liked to be different was knowing the time of my mum's cremation. The day of the committal was difficult , wondering what time it would be happening. The lady that brought my mum home was so lovely and respectful.”

“The people who collected my husband were extremely respectful and caring. The only issues I had were i would have liked to know the time of the cremation not just the day. When the ashes came home it was too quick and rushed. The lady seemed to be in such a hurry and wasn't anywhere near as respectful as I expected.”

“Everything started really well and was so smooth given that we had to call and arrange everything on the day of the death. Communication was good during the process but sadly I had to chase for details of the timings for the return of the ashes which left us feeling a little disappointed.”

“Apart from the bad timing of advertising special offers for £50 off at such a sensitive time, and I don't know what you could do about it given that you are a private business, the actual service, and the responses over the phone were faultless.
