“Pure cremation put us at ease all the way through the ceremony. Neither of us had ever sorted out a funeral before , but no question was ever treated as if we were daft. Very polite and very professional they told us what to expect and what was happening all the way through. Lovely team we couldn't have asked for nicer people.”

“From beginning to end everything was done with grace. I asked for 9hrs before collecting body. Which was no problem. The ashes came back in a lovely box with a unique number for my mum which I got to keep. Everyone was pleasant and asking if there was anything else they could do for us. It has made me and my full family wanting to go the same way. With pure cremation. I thank you all so much. And the price was amazing.”

“Very efficient and sensitive, my only complaint about it was that I wasn’t told what time my sister would be cremated, the family members would have liked to have known roughly the time so they could have had a ten minutes silence or have gone to church to pray.”

“Cannot find fault. Everything was done as per brochure. No delays , no sudden extras. Ashes returned as promised. More expensive than co-op that I am also dealing with, but they had a three week start and I am still waiting for delivey of ashes..”

“Had a lovely lady called Eliza looking after my mum while she was in Pure Cremations care. From strart to finish she was compassionate, caring and gave me time to compose myself when needed. Very informative and was able to answer my queries in a timely manner. A lovely man named Dave brought my mum home and he stayed to make sure myself and dad were ok. Thank you”

“Wonderful and dignified finale to my mums life provided by Pure Cremation. From start to finish pure cremation dealt with mum with the utmost dignity and respect. They kept me informed throughout and although it wasn’t a ‘traditional’ funeral, as a family we felt this was a lovely, simple process that mum would have approved of.”

“I was overall very pleased with the service I received for my late husband with Pure Cremation. If I had just the one item to mention it would be that the paramedics had difficulty in getting through to arrange collection from the Nursing Home and in the end I sat with my husband from 7 pm until midnight when the private ambulance arrived. I would mention that I chose to stay with my husband, it wasn't a problem for me but others might have found it upsetting. Otherwise an excellent service, thank you.”

“My mum sadly passed away on 13/01/26. When I phoned pure cremation to inform them I spoke to a lovely lady called dawn who was very sorry to hear of mums death. She explained in great detail what the process would be of collecting mum. She also told me that once I had registered mums death what the procedure would be for mums cremation. Dawn kept me up to date on what was happening with mum by emails . I was phoned with a dste for mums cremation at pure cremations crematorium. I then received a phone call a few days of mums cremation either a date for mums ashes to be personally delivered to my home address. On the day of delivery I received a phone call with a 2 hour window for delivery. The delivery was very professional and heartfelt. The whole process from mum been collected and then her ashes been delivered was very professional and dealt with the upmost dignity. Pure cremation were very helpful and kept me ipto date with everything that was going on. Very professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending pure cremation to family and friends. The whole team were very understanding and as cited with respect for mum. Well done pure cremation.”
