“This unfortunately the 2nd time i have used Pure cremations in the last 3 years. The service is always excellent, from empathetic staff,to communication. For a simple but dignified saying goodbye to a love one.I would highly recommend them.”

“At the sad time when I needed a simple and quick way to deal with my sisters loss, I found Pure Cremaion service very helpful and supportive.They were easy to deal with, the follow up process was very good and kept me informed at all stages. “I lost my beautiful husband suddenly at 48 at Xmas. We had nothing planned other than a discussion to say we both never wanted a funeral. The day of passing I rang pure Cremation and they took over everything, im crying writing this, as they were all so very kind, did exactly as they said, I knew step by step what was going on, and my love came back to me beautifully as they said.iv just paid for mine with them, so my children don't go through the worry of what to do...ill be grateful forever, thankyou”

“My husband had no plan in place, I phoned Pure Cremation when he passed away at 02.15 in the morning. Phone was answered straight away, and within 15 minutes it was all arranged by a very professional, helpful and sympathetic person. Within the hour they arrived to take my husband away, although I was given the option to keep him for a few hours if I wanted. The 2 men who came were, again, very professional and respectful. I was kept informed every step of the way, from my original phone call, right up until I received my husbands ashes, hand delivered in a lovely container. I would highly recommend Pure Cremation, and would like to thank them for making the whole process as easy as it was.”

“When my wife passed, just one week before our 45th wedding anniversary, the thought of standing at a grave side or watching a coffin disappear behind a curtain, horrified me and my daughter. Fortunately we had previously seen TV adverts for Pure Cremation, and quickly decided that the service they seemed to be offering might well suit us far better. The respect, sympathy and concern shown to us when I called them, made making a decision really easy. My wife's body was collected with the respect you would get from a traditional undertaker, and we were kept informed of how things were progressing all the way until her ashes were returned to us, again with the greatest of respect. We are so glad that we had chosen Pure Cremation, it took so much stress away from us at a time when we needed as much help as possible.”
