“Our painter has just finished repairing cracks and painting the render with Bedec flexible paint. He says it is excellent paint and should protect the render for several years. I will have to wait and see, but hopefully it has solved our problem of hairline cracks and slight house settlement.”

“I orderded 6 x 20l Blue and 1 x 20l Gren paint, I have only recieved 3 Blue and 1 green, not recieved another date for the 3 20l, I have paid in full, wish I had not do so, very poor service”

Hi Mark, thanks you for your feedback. I have looked in to this for you and can see that we did call and had advised that unfortunately, not all items were in stock at that time. We therefore offered the options to either wait and send the whole order complete, or that we could split the delivery so that the stocked items were despatched in advance, with the balance due to arrive the following week. According to our records, this order was split in to the two deliveries as you had requested. Whilst the vast majority of our orders are despatched immediately, there are unfortunately occasions when stock can be delayed, and in those cases we would try to offer solutions such as split deliveries or alternative products, however, we do understand that this can be frustrating. We can see that your order has been completed and hope that you have now been able to complete your project. Once again we would like to thank you for your feedback.

Hi Martin, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you were unhappy with the size of the stencil ordered. All sizes are shown on the Technical Tab of our web site, where we list the size of the overall plastic as well as the size of the cut out logo, allowing you to choose the most suitable option for your needs. However, based on your feedback, we are in the process of updating the product on our web site, so that the sizing options are made clearer. I understand that a member of our team has already spoken with you concerning this and hope that we can be of assistance again in the future. Once again, thank you for highlighting this for us, and for enabling us to ensure that ordering this product is made easier for all customers.
