“Specialist paints are quite expensive but save money in the long run. Promain have a huge range of specialist paints and their service is excellent. I have used them several times and my order has always arrived promptly and in good condition.”

“The quality and range of products is always dependable. Good guidance and advice are also useful. Unfortunately, I was let down by the courier. The initial delivery schedule was not met and tracking information about a second attempt was not provided correctly. I was unavailable for signing at the final delivery time, but the parcel was ok when I found it at my back door.”

Hi Zohaib, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and to make us aware of this issue. You may be aware that we have recently changed ownership and are now a part of the Brewers family. Following this exciting move, we have been migrating over to a new system, and this has unfortunately caused a few unexpected delays whilst the systems were integrated. This delay meant that unfortunately, some review requests were generated early. We do apologise for this error and for any delay you may have experienced whilst our systems were integrated. However, we are now fully integrated with the Brewers system and believe that we are back to full strength! “Was not informed at point of order that this was not a stock item but a special order. Delivery service from FedEx was very poor. It was not clear that a signature would be required and had conflicting information from two live chats. Eventually had items delivered to site address and when goods arrived the driver did not even request a signature. An all round frustrating experience.”
