“I bought Murfill paint which is really good and you get what you pay for. Seaside properties take a hammering from the weather. I needed the paint urgently and Promain shipped out as a priority at no extra charge. I’ve always had a very good experience with them so will continue to use them”

Hi David, Thank you for getting in touch. I have asked our Sales team to have a look into this for you to find out what happened. I understand that you were expecting delivery of 2 boxes but only received one of those. We are investigating this with the courier, as they had collected both boxes for despatch. However, in order to prevent any further delays to yourself, a replacement was issued for you, and this is showing as having been delivered on 17th June. We will continue our investigations with the courier and apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We hope that you are able to complete your project now that both items have been received. “The quality and range of products is always dependable. Good guidance and advice are also useful. Unfortunately, I was let down by the courier. The initial delivery schedule was not met and tracking information about a second attempt was not provided correctly. I was unavailable for signing at the final delivery time, but the parcel was ok when I found it at my back door.”

“Was not informed at point of order that this was not a stock item but a special order. Delivery service from FedEx was very poor. It was not clear that a signature would be required and had conflicting information from two live chats. Eventually had items delivered to site address and when goods arrived the driver did not even request a signature. An all round frustrating experience.”
