“Purchases were easy and delivered promptly. Expensive stuff but good price from supplier. Did the job changing roof from black rubber to white to reduce the heat transfer into building.”

“It started out quite badly comms was Non existant. I ordered two items one was out of stock I found out later. The paint I ordered was dipatched from a supplier there was no tracking or comms I just arrived home to find a cardboard box outside the front door on opening the box the container the paint was in was damaged and had leaked. The problem was quickly sorted and comms sudenley appeared and from that moment all went well.”

“Road paint not advertised as going off after just 10 mins, tried to return paint having read the leaflet with it, they were not iterested, stating it's your responsibility to ring them for technical information !”

The curing/drying information for this product is also included within the technical product information and manufacturer’s product data sheet, which are available to customers before purchase. We appreciate that these details can be easy to overlook, but we do encourage customers to review the technical information or contact our technical team if they are unsure about any aspect of the product. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we arranged for a replacement product to be sent and also refunded the delivery charge as a gesture of goodwill.
