“I bought Murfill paint which is really good and you get what you pay for. Seaside properties take a hammering from the weather. I needed the paint urgently and Promain shipped out as a priority at no extra charge. I’ve always had a very good experience with them so will continue to use them”

Hi David, Thank you for getting in touch. I have asked our Sales team to have a look into this for you to find out what happened. I understand that you were expecting delivery of 2 boxes but only received one of those. We are investigating this with the courier, as they had collected both boxes for despatch. However, in order to prevent any further delays to yourself, a replacement was issued for you, and this is showing as having been delivered on 17th June. We will continue our investigations with the courier and apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We hope that you are able to complete your project now that both items have been received.
