“I would have given 5 stars but there was no notification of when the delivery would come and which courier you would be using.”

“Always good to have requested stock ready for shipping. As a professional decorator I would use your company a bit more if the prices were cheaper or you offered a discount like other companies do just to get a bit of an edge over what your average diyer would get.”

“Site works, delivery works, pure linseed oil paint (although even more heinously expensive than it was 5 years ago) works as well as it ever did. 👍”

“The Only Thing Let You Down From 5 Stars is The Company you use for the delivery. we Only Got You Guys to Deliver for the sample paint. and we picket up our selves to guarantee we have it on time.”

“The quality and range of products is always dependable. Good guidance and advice are also useful. Unfortunately, I was let down by the courier. The initial delivery schedule was not met and tracking information about a second attempt was not provided correctly. I was unavailable for signing at the final delivery time, but the parcel was ok when I found it at my back door.”

“Service was as one should expect but sadly the product I bought didn't clear the oil stains from tarmac as promoted. Not the shops fault, just a bum product.”

“Technical,department answered the phone quickly and delivery happened as promised. Slightly worried that the tech dept said I could paint over the original paint without and reaction, but the data on the tin said a second coat must be applied relatively quickly”

“Really good service delivered on time kept well informed of delivery, bit disappointed with this delivery ,although well packed both lids on both tins of paint were badly dented . Haven’t used this delivery as yet but previous paint ordered is excellent.”

“Promain send my product but i have never recieved it. It was tracked via fedex but i never ever saw it. It is like pulling teeth trying to speak to these courier companies”
