“Bought bedec paint which is absolutely brilliant. Easy to use, brushes cleaned in water, and the finish is excellent. Did my wooden shed last year with barn paint (2 coats) still looks like new. Would def recommend.”

“I purchased yellow line mark paint and stencils to cover existing carpark lines for a client the paint would not mix or paint it was like treacle so I called technical department who then said it has had complaints about this before in colder regions , there was no mention of this when purchasing I was then told to put paint tin in bucket of hot water for about half an hour tried this and it was still like treacle so gave up and had to purchase other paint to complete task, the paint was expensive so thought it would be best option how wrong was I and because the tin was opened no return or refund was offered will not be using this company in future. The stencil I ordered was a LARGE wheelchair and come as a small stencil so again disappointed.”

Unfortunately, yes, some paints especially ones formulated for outdoor use do increase viscosity when applied in cold temperatures and onto cold substrates. We will discuss with our Technical Team the best way in the future to warn customers of this in the future during the colder months. In regards to the large disabled wheelchair stencil ordered, it seems that the incorrect size was despatched to you. Our apologies. Our Sales Team will process the refund on this item to you, and the full delivery you have paid – expect the refund in your account within 3 working days. “Very friendly folks, I didn’t spend much money but they took the time to call me back and answer a question I had - yep, they actually called back, not many people do that anymore, oh and yes, both people I spoke with were polite and helpful, sounds made up right … but it’s true, give em a try, they’ll actually deserve your business.”
