“Received the goods within 24 hours. Can't beat that. I mislaid the invoice and a replacement was sent upon asking. Can't fault them.”

“Poor customer support. Bad communication. It is simply unbelievable that you are lacking basic steps in product delivery. 1. No shipping confirmation email. 2. Customer support have no adequate information regarding shipping and delivery 3. At the end nobody replied to the third attempt to find out tracking number and if package was shipped at all. 4. At the end when i have reported transaction to PayPal you have provided me tracking number. Even you have delivered it after 4 days which is great I got this package on November 2nd (after 12 days). So In general you have good delivery very but very bad communication with customers.”

“2.5 litres Aluminium paint arrived expediently in good order It was pretty bloody expensive at around £120 I've painted my 36 aluminium gangway and iroko treads Looks good Time will tell re durability”

“I telephoned Promain as I required information on which paint, if any, could be used on a path which had been painted over many years before and which had faded. The gentleman I spoke to could not have been more helpful explaining the different options available. There was no hard sell, I was to look at the website and then order if I wished to. I placed an order later that morning and the paint arrived the following day!! Brilliant service. Would not hesitate to use Promain again.”
