Very poor customer service, can't get in touch with them, tried to cancel my order, no response, I ordered something for $12.96, my total on the invoice said $20.21, I looked at mybank statement, it said $31.76. No response to e-mail I sent them, I feel totally ripped off with no recourse. I hope someonefrom the company reads this and does something about it. Will never ever order from them again...

The order total was £20.21 hence why it was more in dollars. You had asked us to the cancel the order 7 hours after it had been shipped, as this was sent Royal mail we are unable to stop a parcel once it has left us, especially international orders which are sorted then loaded onto a plane. You are more than welcome to return the item for a refund if you do not require the item anymore.

I have ordered a scooter on the 30th of October paying for next day delivery and am still waiting, it's now the 2nd of November and can not contact your company until Monday the 3rd!! My son has been waiting in for his parcel!!! Am expecting a full refund for delivery charges !!!

My skates came with 4 bearings which is only enough for one skate and 3 bolts which I needed just werent included. I had to take apart my old skates just to have everything I needed. Emailed proline skates two days ago and no reply

I asked for next day delivery and did not get it they sent me wrong product and said they don't sell it evan tho it is on their website

We have sent you what you ordered. You had ordered a KOS/Fasen nrake which in the first line of the description states "Bolt On Brake" You can send the item back if you like.

Wouldn't exchange faulty item, even though I sent photos of proof. Had to obtain refund and buy somewhere else. Terrible service

We are sorry you feel this way. We have to go through the Manufacturer when dealing with any kind of warranty issue and this can take time for them to get back to us.

I called in advance to check if they would make an international delivery, which was offered and so I made my order. After taking the money from my account they performed a fraud check and subsequently refused to deliver my order (because the delivery address was different to the billing address). Sadly I did not become aware of this until I called a week later, because they used a public @yahoo email account to notify me, which (surprise surprise) was flagged by gmail as spam. They refused to allow me to change the deliver address to billing address which would have rectified the issue. I was forced to create a new order and money from the first order was refunded. To my disgust all the international bank transfer fees in BOTH direction fell on my lap. Which means their decision to take my money then refuse to send my order cost me. On complaining about this I received a couple of unsympathetic and anonymous emails. On asking for the name of the manager to escalate I got no more replies to email. I'll be buying elsewhere next time.

Im not happy with your service. I sent this email regarding my purchase and ive had no reply. Since sending this email ive had to take the scooter to a shop again and get rounded screws sawn out of the clamp. Its scratched to bits and I have a very unhappy son. Ive put his old clamp back on his scooter which was cheaper but much better quality. Wont use you again..............Hi I purchased blue proto scs clamp for my sons scooter. We fitted the clamp fine and then my son decided he wanted his bars cutting down to size so we tried to remove the clamp and one skrews just would not budge. After numerous adults tried to remove the skrew I then decided to take it to a scooter shop where they removed it with some force and cut the bars down and charged me £20 which I was not happy with. After getting home my son still wasnt happy as the clamp wasnt inline and there was lots of head rock on the bars so we tried to unloosen the skrews once again and now 3 of them will not budge. One of the skrews has rounded so we have no way of getting it out. I am so annoyed that these skrews are just totaly unremovable once tightened. I have paid a lot of money re vamping his scooter for his birthday and hes so upet that its not doing as it should. I also purchased bsrs and bar grips which he is over the moon with. Please could you advise me of what to do next. Thankyou

I purchased a scooter for my sons 11th birthday, when it arrived it was NOT new! I was really dissapointed that you sent me a scooter that was ex display model with scratches on it!. My son had chosen this scooter from your site and expected it to look brand new. I wouldnt have purchased this item knowing it was badly marked. In future you should make customers aware that they will be sent ex display models and offer them discount or the decission not to buy as I would have done given the option. When the scooter arrived I phoned you straight away to be told that it was the last one! I had to send photos to prove that it was marked and promised a phone call straight back, that I didnt get! Fortunately the man I spoke to gave me his managers mobile to forward the pictures to so I phoned him and he said he had seen the photos and had just left work, was I not going to get a reply until the next working day? Why did he not feel it necessary to sort out this complaint their and then? I was very peroffessional on the phone and expected the same back. My son ended up with a scooter that looked second hand on his birthday that was 2 days later, and no apologies were made! The result of the phone call was that the scooter was discounted. If I had been given the choice before the scooter was delivered I would have purchased a different scooter and you would have had a better sale.

Not happy at all. My son purchase a scooter from there on wed 16th went out on it for 3 hrs and back wheel not spinning properly and front bars loose. So rang in the frid as was at work all day Tuesday but was closed due 2 easter. Same up untill tuesday I got hold of them. Told them I wasn't happy and wanted a refund as if it was to go wrong again it's a lot of messing. I was told they wouldn't give a refund and tgey would pick it up and fix it. I was told don't ever expect 2 never have problems with scooters u always do. Hmmmmm no u don't and shouldn't have problems with a scooter u have just payed £200for. Not happy at all. My son aso always had scooters and not had problems. Let's hope when it comes bk tomorrow it's all ok. Vicky buckland from newark 24th april

We are very sorry about this. As with any used product we cannot accept returns for a refund. We have now collected the scooter for repair and will make sure it is in full working order before going back out to you.
