Glad I chose this strongly rooted company and not a weedy pretend one. I ordered (very easily) 5 Litres of Maxicrop Organic Seaweed Fertilizer and that is what arrived, strongly boxed and on time. Thanyou.

I placed an order with Progreen on 13th March and they acknowledged it and took my money on 17th March. A month later when I had receved nothing I emailed to cancel the order and request a refund. They did not acknowledge my email. On 9th May (nearly 2 months from placing the order) I received notice that the goods were about to be delivered. I consider this a dishonest way to do business. Ignoring my valid request for a cancellation and continuing to ship the goods is not just very poor customer service, it is dishonest and I feel cheated.

Hi there Philippa, Our apologies for the issues you've experienced with this order, we had a manufacture delay with regards to having the applicator guns available to fulfill your order. Finally got my results back after a month of waiting. I don't mind waiting the time, if the website had stated it would take this long. Communication via email and Facebook...nil (no response after sending a few). If you do need to make contact pick the phone up and call them. Very quick to answer the phone, Once speaking with someone service was good, any questions or queries I had about my results were answered and explained very well. Would use again for soil test, results very precise and detailed. When speaking to a nice lady on the phone she explained the samples can be more than 3 weeks just at the labs, and may be they should change the website to explain the delay can be alot longer. I would be happy to wait the time, as long as I know.

Slow to dispatch and Parcelforce delivery awful. Took 12 days to receive in stock items. Emails about the issue and comments on social media ignored. Avoid if you actually want to use the products you have paid for.

Hi there Conor, we're sorry to hear that you haven't had the best experience with us. Could you send us an email on info@progreen.co.uk with a little more about the issues you've experienced please? I can see that your order was placed on Saturday 10/05 where it was later despatched within 2 working days, 13/05 - unfortunately we are unable to guarantee same-day despatch throughout the months of march-september, our peak season brings a 3-5 working day despatch. I do see that there was an issue with our courier that prevented this from reaching you on the 24hr delivery basis that we offer, so our sincere apologies for that. However it looks to have been attempted on 16/05 and twice thereafter where there was then a reschedule request and subsequently delivered. This is not the standard practice of orders placed with us and apologise for any delays you may have experienced with our courier. 1st delivery got lost, no reply to my emails. After call they said sorry we resent for friday, sent email after still not received. One phone call later en next day delivery, this can happen, just unlucky, normaly works verry well.

Hi there Lex, Terribly sorry for the inconvenience on this one! this doesn't look to have had a scan since leaving our warehouse. I have an investigation raised for the location of this parcel with our courier, however this can take around 10 working days to reach an outcome for you. On this basis i have processed a replacement for you on an express 24 hour delivery. The wrong part was orederd since no dimensions are shown on your website. The proised telephone call from an 'expert' did not materialise on Wednesday 14th May or on subsequent days. A follow up from you is stll needed

Ordered 2 products. Order arrived with right quantity but 1 product was wrong. Sent email asking what to do. No reply. Resent email again a week or so later. No reply. Called and eventually got through and problem was quickly resolved. Thank you
