“Used Progreen for many years. 1st year where ive had problems. Not Progreens fault but I had to pick up delivery from drop off point 3 miles away by car having paid for delivery to home address.”

“Always good service and the products are reliable. One small moan, please change your courier company, Yodel are hopeless. Not delivered when promised. Told it must be signed for so stayed in. In the event the goods were left without a signature.”

“The product was good value but dispatch time and the DPD courier company were poor to put it mildly. It took three attempts to deliver to my address. They are historically bad at deliveries in my location. Shame I could not rate you more highly. Internet advertising is very prominent and well structured. I would like to use your company again but would be put off if it was DPD.”

“Delivered quickly and straightforward instructions on mixing ratios. Set up the spraying kit and proceeded to spray. Excellent results! All the areas sprayed are weed free, with the large weeds dessicated to brown fibres that are brushed away. No new weeds appearing after a month, so very pleased. Expoensive but far and away more effective than 'off the shelf' weedkillers.”

“Poor delivery timescale. Item showed in stock, ordered online, 3-5 days delivery and when I called a week later, it wasnt in stock at all! Took over 2 weeks to arrive. Normally usually good, but not this time.”

“After ordering on a Monday, and not being informed until I’d phone on Friday that my order would be dispatched the following Monday I must admit to being somewhat perplexed! If despatch was going to be delayed, and in the interest of customer satisfaction, why on earth was I not informed as such soon after order? Being informed is everything. The delayed despatch wasn’t an issue, not being pro actively notified was an issue. An issue SO easily resolved.”

“Having ordered the product on the 8th March 2024 and follow-up enquiry on the 18th March I was advised that it was to be delivered on the 20th. I received an email from Dpd on the 19th staing that they were expecting my parcel and would update when received. They emailed on the 21st stating they would attempt delivery, however, they were unable to to deliver it and finally deposited it at a collection point on the 22nd - meaning that I now had to travel there to collect it. 14 days to deliver any item is unacceptable but particularly when it was stated next day.”

“Very slow delivery, had to ring up after 10 days, item hadn’t even been dispatched, it was then sent by courier, that took another 4 days including the weekend. As a professional user I need spare parts to arrive quicker. I have used Progreen since the company first started in Bourne south fen. Lionel.”

“I’d like to confirm I have now received my Cooper Pegler replacement trigger. I fitted it on Thursday and was back to work on Friday. It works fine. Thank you. I placed the order on 8th March, and didn’t receive it until 21st March. ProGreen dispatched the item on 19th March after I phoned to enquire about delivery dates on 18th March. Given the delay in dispatch it seems a little futile that I had to pay for sending the part via UPS for next working day delivery. The item was acutely delivered by DPD two days later. Maybe this is something that can be improved for future orders.”
