Purchased the level 2 pest control course a month ago and still haven’t been sent anything. Sent numerous emails but not getting anywhere.

The package was despatched a week after it was ordered so it arrived in 10 days not the promised 3-5 days. No notification about the delay. We lost our customer who the job was for because we didn't have the goods in time. The Amvista pressure sprayer was replaced with a Spear & Jackson pressure sprayer that we could have purchased in Argos for £8 cheaper. No notification of the change of product. Not at all happy with the products or service received. Sorry, can't recommend ProGreen.

Well if I had it delivered I would be able to try it and give u the feed back .the parcel force delivery driver took the parcel back after no one was here and didn't even leave a card in letter box

Still waiting for my order, emailed and had no reply, just not good enough poor service, was recommend progreen by a friend as i have a large gardening business and was trying it out to see if i would us it in the furtue but im still waiting for my order..

This request is laughable as I've never had any dealings with Weed Control Solutions. I purchased a fertlizier spreader from you on 2 March and attempting too find out a delivery date was impossible on-line. The "Shop" app is total rubbish, gives no information and tried to con me into other products/services which I had no interest in. I eventually managed to contact someone by phone, this was a very pleasant experience with a friendly operative who gave me a delivery date - why couldn't this be done on-line? Following delivery, to a neighbour's house 1/4 mile away (noy your fault but worth checking your couriers) I found when assembling the spreader that oner wheel had a flat tyre, the inner tube had burst, meaning anothher phone call which again was excellent anmd a new wheel was despatched and arrived very quickly. I don't know whho delivered it but presume a courier, wasn't "damaged" but "faulty" would be a better description.

Disapointed! My order was shown as being in stock and despite paying for express next day delivery and placing the order before 1pm it wasn't delivered the next day. The reason given for the delay, was a failure to collect an entire pallet of orders by the courier, which I find very hard to believe.

Hi there, We're terribly sorry for the delay on this one. However, please be assured that the 10th of March saw us in excess of 3+ pallets remaining due to a courier collection failure. I would expect that this may unfortunately have included your shipment. Unfortunately, unforeseen circumstances take place in various scenario's. Whilst i fully appreciate the frustration a delay will inevitably have caused, the explanation provided by our courier was a vehicle breakdown - given our collections take place within the last hour of the day, the time wasn't available to have a replacement collection arranged, something entirely out of our control. Hi Gary, It looks like standard delivery was placed with this order, unfortunately a standard delivery charge spans 3-5 working days whilst we're in our peak season. Next day delivery requires an express delivery payment that allows us to prioritise same-day despatch and informs our courier of the priority delivery. I can see that this was ordered on the afternoon of 6th March, and dispatched the morning of 7th of March, delivered on 9th March. Whilst this is a positive time frame and was on the earlier side of our advised 3-5 working day delivery date - i can appreciate the frustration this may have caused if the expectation was delivery next day, so our apologies if this wasn't clear enough. In terms of a refund, apologies for any confusion but we don't seem to have had notification of any refund request, could you advise a good time for a member of the team to get in touch please? Ordered an electric sprayer and lance. Equipment excellent. Order qualified for free delivery according to their web site as value exceeded minimum value and weight did not exceed threshold of 15kg. Web site automatically charged me £17.99 as if weight exceeded 25kg and I was unable to change this charge. I proceeded with order as I believed this was a software fault and that I would be refunded. I sent two emails explaining this but received no response. I then telephoned to complain that I had not received a response. I was told the delivery charge was correct because the lance was an awquard shape. No mention of this on the web site. The box was 131cm long which is hardly an awquard shape and I have had orders where the length has exceeded this and have had either free delivery or a much reduced delivery charge. I am very disappointed with the attitude of the company in respect of how they handled my initial query and subsequent telephone conversation when no compromise was offered. This is a shame as the package appeared to offer good value.

Hi Gerald, Terribly sorry for the confusion here - we are charged a parcel surcharge by our couriers for anything over 1m. As mentioned, this parcel fell just over 1.3m with the shipping of the Matabi telescopic lance. Unfortunately, this surcharge is unavoidable and it must be priced as such. Our sincere apologies for the lack of communication on this, throughout peak season we aim to respond to customer emails within 7 working days - I'm unable to locate your original email however please accept our apologies if our response times fell short of this. I booked and did a livestock movement test to allow me to movesheep in my trailer. They didn't do anything with the test pass, just ignored it. So I spent a lot of money and took the test and it was all a a waste of time and money.

If the exam has been passed, a certificate is automatically issued via the training provider themselves. Roof de mossed and treated with your product in November as per your instructions but moss back again! I will now have to pay a contractor to do the work again with a more suitable product. Needless to say I am NOT happy. Vincent Garas

Hi Vincent, Our apologies that your experience with the product wasn’t a positive one. I can see you selected the Moss-Off Multi Surface treatment, which is a non-professional, chemical-free solution. Whilst the Moss-Off is very effective at its job, we’re unfortunately unable to provide a guaranteed timeline for how long results will last. As with all moss and algae treatments, longevity depends on a number of environmental factors. This is by no means a permanent solution, as moss is widely known to be extremely difficult to fully eliminate. However, the 4–5 month residual effect you’ve experienced would be considered within the expected performance range given the nature of this winter’s conditions, particularly the heavy and consistent rainfall. Please feel free to discuss with one of our technical team, they'd be happy to talk you though the process of treating moss & algae treatment on roofs and explore alternate products. I was keen to sample my soil. I received the kit and returned my soil. This was followed by multiple calls from me seeking further information. The staff were helpful but could not explain the problem. I was eventually refunded but spent several months of irritation and frustration. I am surprised to be asked for a review. We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to wait for updates and not receive clear information. We’d like to clarify that the recently introduced new procedures for shipping samples from the UK to Belfast is what caused these complications, combined with further complications from our courier partners. This caused delays and confusion in tracking and processing some shipments. Total waste of my time and the firms money. 6 hour module that has practically zero relativity to the 30 question exam. Avoid, which tbf after reading earlier reviews was my intention.

Good products but have become way too expensive. I by the same stuff each year and because they have "consolidated their websites " this year it meant I faced a 26% increase for exactly the same order. Don't think I'll be ordering again somehow......
