I placed an order with Progreen on 13th March and they acknowledged it and took my money on 17th March. A month later when I had receved nothing I emailed to cancel the order and request a refund. They did not acknowledge my email. On 9th May (nearly 2 months from placing the order) I received notice that the goods were about to be delivered. I consider this a dishonest way to do business. Ignoring my valid request for a cancellation and continuing to ship the goods is not just very poor customer service, it is dishonest and I feel cheated.

Hi there Philippa, Our apologies for the issues you've experienced with this order, we had a manufacture delay with regards to having the applicator guns available to fulfill your order. Our peak season does unfortunately incur a delay in response via email and we would strongly advise customers to call us for any cancellations or urgent matters - I'm also unable to locate an email from yourself having searched with the email address we have on file for you, could you advise whether this could have come from an alternate email address please? Issue still not dealt with as I haven't yet revueved the order I paid how can I review something I never received if and when it's delivered I will contact you

Slow to dispatch and Parcelforce delivery awful. Took 12 days to receive in stock items. Emails about the issue and comments on social media ignored. Avoid if you actually want to use the products you have paid for.

Hi there Conor, we're sorry to hear that you haven't had the best experience with us. Could you send us an email on info@progreen.co.uk with a little more about the issues you've experienced please? I can see that your order was placed on Saturday 10/05 where it was later despatched within 2 working days, 13/05 - unfortunately we are unable to guarantee same-day despatch throughout the months of march-september, our peak season brings a 3-5 working day despatch. I do see that there was an issue with our courier that prevented this from reaching you on the 24hr delivery basis that we offer, so our sincere apologies for that. However it looks to have been attempted on 16/05 and twice thereafter where there was then a reschedule request and subsequently delivered. This is not the standard practice of orders placed with us and apologise for any delays you may have experienced with our courier. The wrong part was orederd since no dimensions are shown on your website. The proised telephone call from an 'expert' did not materialise on Wednesday 14th May or on subsequent days. A follow up from you is stll needed

My item was marked as dispatched on 30/04/25 it is now 12/05/95 and still not arrived. Communication is zero as several emails have had no responce

We do apologise there has been a delay in receiving your parcel. After looking into this further, the order was placed on 28th April and dispatched the next working day. We have a tracking number available with Parcel Force and can see there is an ongoing issue with the address, and they are unable to make this delivery until they’ve had confirmation of the address. After following this up this morning, we can confirm the address has been rectified and the parcel will be out for delivery and with you no later than Thursday this week. Dear John, a colleague has tried to reach you today, however, has been unsuccessful so they have left you a voicemail. In response to your review, your parcel has been dispatched but looking into the tracking, no further information has been provided from the courier, therefore we will need to take up an investigation with them. In the meantime, a replacement order has been raised and will be dispatched tomorrow (13th May) and on a next day delivery that should arrive before 2pm. One of the team will call you with any further issues if they arise. We sincerely apologise for the delay.

Dear Gerald, after looking into the tracking of the order, we can confirm that it doesn’t appear to have had any scans by the courier since it was dispatched and therefore, we’ll be taking it up with them to investigate further. In the meantime, we can see you have spoken to a member of the team, and they have raised a replacement order that is on a next day delivery. Order placed for soil testing kit on 31st March. Having been told by Brad and then Libby that it had been sent, and then resent 3 times. still nothing received on 3rd May and only 1 tracking number available from 23rd April. Very disappointed service.

Still not recd the order. given it was training and not anything physical its pretty poor. I have had to hold off a member of staff for 2 weeks on full pay because he is not qualified. Lantra know nothing of the order either.

Ordered proadvantage been sent proactive which is no good to me. Unfortunately I have opened it before I realised complete waste of money. Sent an e mail to sales team no reply.

Bought a ppe kit The visor had parts missing. Spoke to sam in sales - not been resolved - vey disappointing I will not use Progreen again - there are better suppliers out there

Very disappointing service. The grass seed I ordered took nearly 5 weeks to be delivered. There was no communication from the company, despite me requesting an update.I had to phone the company 5 times and each time was assured the seed would be dispatched within a day or 2.

After 2 weeks I had heard nothing despite my emailing several times. I eventually got through on the phone to be told they were out of stock of one item but could send an identical alternative! When my order arrived only part was delivered and again several emails later and no reply or offer to resolve. Won’t be ordering again and still want a refund

Placed an order on a Monday evening for products ‘In stock’. By the following Monday the items had t arrived so I got in contact with Progreen to resend the order. By that Friday (so 11 days after the initial order) the items still hadn’t arrived. So got onto Progreen a second time, to find out the warehouse had cocked up and not sent my order. Shambles of an outfit, shan’t be ordering from this company again when there’s plenty of alternatives out there with better service.

I think I placed and paid for my order on 17 March. As it was to treat mares tail spore heads, hopefully before they ripened, I required delivery in reasonable time. Despite chasing my order, it has still yet to arrive. Probably too late now anyway as spores have been scattering for days... Can't see me using Progreen again..

As a long standing customer I was extremely dissatisfied and shocked by the non existent handling of a complaint regarding a damaged and missing item purchase. DPD had delivered numerous parcel, one of which was heavily damaged and had been retaped up by DPD. The 20kg bag of Amvista fertiliser was heavily damaged with hardly anything in, there was a Moss Killer missing also. I emailed the company several times over the course of last week, receiving no response or any acknowledgment. I will now have to resort to a chargeback with my bank to try and recoup these funds for my limited company. To be completely ignored by this company is unacceptable and unprofessional. AVOID.

Im really disapointed as I used to spend a lot of money with this company each year and they took 2 weeks to deliver my herbicide. Whilst i appreciate the stock was out of stock, The problem i have is not at any time was i contacted to say that they were out of stock. When i phoned up they just seemed to laugh and joke it off. Not very professional. Ive completed various cources with progreen but i feel there service from taking the order to dispatch/delivery is very poor. The quickest ive ever had a delivery from progreen is 1 week and thats with me clicking on next day delivery. Absolutly shocking, Plus you have to keep chasing them. Its a blessing is disguise really as this prompted me to search round for someone else to supply the product. (whilst im not going to reveal their competitor) I not only found another company who offered next day and it actually turns up next day but also found the products much cheaper too.

Goods ordered 25th February. No sign of the goods to date! Assurances have been made along with an apology for the delay. However still no sign of the goods after a replacement having been despatched 6th March 2025?
