I am plkeased with the product, but it took a long time for it tarrive, and phonecalls were handled by a rather stupid bit of artifical intelligence

Grass seed appears good quality, but the delivery took far too long which meant I missed the ideal opportunity to overseed my garden. If the delivery time improved then I would give a 4/5 review.

Product eventually arrived after having to chase them up for delivery details and updates. 10 days from order to delivery was poor in my opinion considering the postage charge. Not used item yet so can’t comment on quality but doubt I would rush to re order due to poor communication.

Hi Andrew, At ProGreen we pride ourselves on being customer focussed, part of this entails transparency with our customer base, we approached peak season significantly sooner this year and as a result this caused a slight delay on our standard expectation of 3-5 working days. Similarly this caused an influx of emails among other avenues of contact (understandably!). This then in turn led to a delay in our response times. I'd like to assure you that this is not common practice and we are now processing orders within our advised time-frame, please accept our sincere apologies for the inevitable inconvenience this will have caused. I need my orders fast as i buy as and when i need things for my customers, i thought i would try Pro Green for some Eco plugs, But i didnt hear anything for 6 days, i eventually emailed them on a Thursday as i needed the plugs for Mondays job, They did apologise and sent out for next day to my relief.

The wildflower seed envelope was not sealed properly and I lost the majority of my seeds in and outside the box that my grass seed was in. I wrote to them three times but they unfortunately ignored me. Everything else was good though.

Bit early to tell, only laid it yesterday. Was a slight issue with order/delivery but quickly resolved (ordered on the 3rd, delivered on the 12th). Ask me again in 4-6 weeks.

Product I ordered arrive in a reasonable time, but not the quickest. The weed killer I ordered was highlighted following an internet search for a specific weed that needed something stronger that domestic sprays. When I received the product it said for use in boom sprayer only, not what I wanted. After going back and looking on the web site this was stated at the bottom of the info, but like lots of people, I never go that far when ordering as it ticked what I wanted before then. What I couldn't then find was the explanation of why I should not use it in a hand sprayer. If this was really important it should have been stated and explained as a prominent warning, not lost in the blurb. So my comment is if you have a web-site that general public order from, explain everything clearly.

The application advisories come from their approvals - The Kurtail Evo has the approval for a boom spray application, where the Kurtail Lawn has the approval for a hand-held application, for example - knapsack, pressure sprayer etc. If you happen to have any question of this nature, please be assured our friendly team are reachable on 01778 394 052, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm and would be more than happy to help. Went to do my Pa1 spraying test. Over a week now and still waiting for my exam module to come through. Bit disappointed as this wasn't made clear when paying for it. I understand they're a 3rd party but when days have been taken off to do the exam for work and no sign of said exam, but frustrating not knowing where you stand with it.

I sent an enquiry on 16th, with follow up on 19th regarding the goods delivered. I have had no reply! I had to phone to progress this, and I then quickly got the answer that I was looking for. Therefore my one star review has become three stars.

Products seem fine, but we have not been able to use yet, due to them not being delivered in the selected timeframe. However the customer service has seemed very poor as we paid for next day delivery on a Wednesday and the items did not arrive until the following week, but have not been able to get a response to any of my numerous emails about this.

Ordered 2 products. Order arrived with right quantity but 1 product was wrong. Sent email asking what to do. No reply. Resent email again a week or so later. No reply. Called and eventually got through and problem was quickly resolved. Thank you
