Poor delivery timescale. Item showed in stock, ordered online, 3-5 days delivery and when I called a week later, it wasnt in stock at all! Took over 2 weeks to arrive. Normally usually good, but not this time.

After ordering on a Monday, and not being informed until I’d phone on Friday that my order would be dispatched the following Monday I must admit to being somewhat perplexed! If despatch was going to be delayed, and in the interest of customer satisfaction, why on earth was I not informed as such soon after order? Being informed is everything. The delayed despatch wasn’t an issue, not being pro actively notified was an issue. An issue SO easily resolved.

Very slow delivery, had to ring up after 10 days, item hadn’t even been dispatched, it was then sent by courier, that took another 4 days including the weekend. As a professional user I need spare parts to arrive quicker. I have used Progreen since the company first started in Bourne south fen. Lionel.

I’d like to confirm I have now received my Cooper Pegler replacement trigger. I fitted it on Thursday and was back to work on Friday. It works fine. Thank you. I placed the order on 8th March, and didn’t receive it until 21st March. ProGreen dispatched the item on 19th March after I phoned to enquire about delivery dates on 18th March. Given the delay in dispatch it seems a little futile that I had to pay for sending the part via UPS for next working day delivery. The item was acutely delivered by DPD two days later. Maybe this is something that can be improved for future orders.

On this occasion the service wasn’t up to their usual high standards. Communication and stock availability were very poor. I ordered 6 bags of fertiliser on a Wednesday morning, the web site says orders are usually dispatched the following working day and delivery takes 1 to 2 days. I waited until the following week to chase my order, I phoned up and the order had been diverted to a mobile, the lady I spoke to said she would call me back first thing in the morning with an update, the call never happened. I then phoned again and upon questioning the delay it turned out they didn’t have the stock to dispatch. My goods arrived 8 days after me placing the order.

I have used pro green for a few years, but this time I had to ring twice to see when it would be delivered and then it didn’t come for two days after

Had no problem with ProGreen but delivery by UPS was atrocious. First package (2 x 5L bottles) was damaged so delivery delayed until they got one new bottle from ProGreen. So delivery was then one leaking box with one full bottle and one half empty - contents at least partly in plastic bag within box - and a separate bot with one full bottle. This for a product that could cause skin irritation. Accidents do happen but delivering something in this state really not good enough.

I have had great dealing with the company for many years. However my latest purchases were not in stock so had to wait; which is fine. But could do with regular updates as I had to borrow another sprayer to complete work. The courier was terrible to contact, with the boxes dumped behind a till at a local petrol station; keeping in mind these are hazardous products.

The place that your courier left the parcel is not acceptable and as you say as this is a hazardous product they are aware that there are more restrictions around what they are able to do with these when delivering. Courier has caused £350 worth of damage to parcel delivery box! I rang Progreen to see if they could help as it was a nightmare trying to contact anyone at ups. Was told somebody would call me to help me out but they never did. I won't but from here again mainly because of the carrier!

Product ordered eventually arrived but my order was not initially acknowledged and I had to chase before things started to move. The delivery company used were not good. Ended up having to take 3 days away from work as they missed the first 2 delivery dates with no real explanation. The product eventually arrived and was as ordered.

I cannot review this product as I ordered and paid for it 2 weeks ago but still have not received it, however pro green have been very helpful in chasing it up with the carriers.

Product seems to have worked. Delivery projections and eventual delivery via DHL? was confusing. Said it was coming on Friday and then didn't because was "delayed". Rescheduled to Monday, but wasn't delivered because we were out - notification slip was left which said would try the following day, but needed someone to take delivery. We were out the following day but it was left!! which was fine, but .... anyway. This caused a bit of stress

It was in stock when ordered After a week I called them to ask where the order was and it was not in stock,then arrived 2days later with 2bags split open by the courier at some point. Try a new courier

Happy with the website ... Happy with the purchase ... and I know from previous years that the product will work - as recommended. Thank You. However, I think £8 - 9 for delivery of a small box is a little steep. In addition, your website didn't give me the option of receiving the parcel second class. NOT EVERYONE wants it packed, tracked and here by lunchtime! Besides which, it is a product I use once a year and I'm capable of planning ahead. Cheaper, 2nd class option, please.

Thank you for your review - we appreciate your feedback! Unfortunately when delivering products such as the SBK Brushwood Killer that you ordered, we have to use approved ADR couriers that are licensed to carry products such as weed killers. These services are more expensive than your normal delivery charge and is also why we are unable to offer a cheaper second class option. We hope you understand this situation and hope that this explains the cost of the delivery.

The original order was lost. I was lied to to cover up. I then received about 24 separate emails from UPS about the delivery that took 10 day to be delivered.

the product is really good and works well on cut stump treatment, the thing that needs to be tweaked is the sponges which are not robust enough, the sponge starts to disintegrate after prolonged use of around a week.

The four bait boxes are solid and easy to set the bait. The little bait pouches though have not been touched by any rats after two weeks.
