After 5 days of no information re delivery I sent an email which was ignored. a After 8 days my phone calls went unanswered, as was my subsequent email. The product arrived after 10 days.

Hi there, At ProGreen we pride ourselves on being customer focussed, part of this entails transparency with our customer base, we approached peak season significantly sooner this year and as a result this caused a slight delay on our standard expectation of 3-5 working days. I had to chase order at least 2 times I ordered on 13/03/26 i was told in e mail and in person its on its way I will be sent an e mail regarding delivery I chased again 20/03/26 to be told delivey attemted that morning at 08.41 as I had not recieved an e mail I was not expecting delivery I was told they will attemt to redeliver usualy if morning delivery it would be same. Monday 23rd it arrived just after 1pm again no email confirmation but I stayed in as for a week I had 1 ton of top soil on drive awaiting seed POOR communication for a pound more Amazon deliver in 2 days

Hi Dave, Our sincere apologies you felt this was delayed, this looks to have been attempted on 19th March - which was the 4th working day since your order. Unfortunately it does look as if our courier then didn't attempt delivery the next day, and it was subsequently delivered the next working day. I will most definitely have this raised for you, certainly from a perspective of not receiving any tracking info - this should go out as standard, so please accept our apologies if this wasn't the case this time. Delivery estimated at 3-5 working days when purchased product online. Took at least seven working days to arrive. My email asking for an update on order progress was ignored.

Abysmal communication, when asked for an update as to when goods would be despatched had a very vague reply of 'soon' when a second email was sent a few days later, there was no reply at all.

Have used A1Lawn for years with a great experience, really quick dispatching. Not any more. I had to email twice to get an update and even then it wasn’t very useful. Would I use again? Maybe not

Hi Jack, Apologies for the delay you experienced in comparison to previous orders. Could you confirm for me please which order this might relate to? I can see that your most recent order with us was dispatched & delivered within 3 working days of the order being placed. If i can locate the order in question, I should be able to offer some reassurance in way of a reason behind this delay and confirm that steps have been taken to avoid any future occurrence. Its too soon to say. I used the producat under woodchip in the autum and have been asked to review it before weeds have got going in spring. So I've no idea how it will perform.

Progreen offer a training package which is done via Lantra, my trouble is nothing has been sent from Lantra, Ive phoned Progreen who said they'd sort it out, and nothing. Its not a massive problem as I maybe able to get the online training elsewhere or do without but its pretty poor when a company offers something, takes your money and then delivers naff all.

Hi Antony, Unfortunately I can't see that any of our team have had any contact from yourself, so our sincere apologies if this has been missed! I can see that you have an outstanding rodent management course registered & accessed in June, having recently re-purchased the rodent management course, the LANTRA online portal will not recognise a second registration under the same email address. I hate leaving negative feedback but i've only placed one order with you and it hasn't gone well so far. I've ordered 2 x PA1 Safe Use of Pesticides online courses. I was only the "purchaser", it was for two of our grounds team but the licences still haven't been made available to them. LANTRA have sent me the joining instructions! I tried to contact them about it but they say I must come through you. I've emailed you about it twice but still await this issue being resolved.

The product is great . But delivery was terrible again ! Wrong size truck. Couldn’t get under low bridge had to walk pallet through village then couldn’t get the trolley down to the farm yard . We were meant to have twelve . Only 10 were delivered and one sack delivered ruptured . More photos to follow

The service from you was good but your delivery service from DX was terrible. I waited over a week for my delivery and had to give three different addresses in so that it would get delivered but the previous week my order come straight away very bad service from them.

Hi David, Terribly sorry that this delivery has tainted your experience with us, we don't actually use DX services but having tracked your order, it does look to have been effected by our couriers recent merge with another provider. This had offered some delays to outstanding deliveries so I can only apologize that your order was effected quite so much. I tried the product recomended by the ProGreen staff member on my London lawn. It has been a couple of weeks, and the visual result seem ok'ish. I mixed with water to the desribed ratio, and aplied three time every two to three days. After the second spray, I took images and a video. I sent it to Progreen, to get more advice, as the larger leafed weeds seemed to be imune to the product. I got no reply, so with try another company. I communicated via email and phone

Hi there Joseph, Our sincere apologies for the confusion in communication here, having searched your email address - i can't actually locate an email from yourself. Our sincere apologies for the inevitable inconvenience. With reference to the issues you're experiencing with these weeds, the larger weeds are likely to have been unaffected due to their growth stage. Weeds are much more susceptible to treatment when they are in an active period of growth. Some of these taller, flowered weeds will no longer be in an active stage of growth as they are already established. With reference to some of the smaller weeds - whilst you should still see the benefit from the Kurtail Lawn, this will also be relatively limited due a lack of growth in the conditions displayed. The ground looks to be very dry and therefore won't allow these weeds to reach the optimum growth rate for treatment. Hi I was very disappointed after hearing nothing back over a week from placing my order , I rang to see what was going on, to be told you had ran out, and was waiting for more, feel I should have been informed, as really needed it and would have order from somewhere else, Bit to give credit to the guy on the phone he was friendly but told me it would be some time the next week Kind regards

I made a purchase on the 1/05 and was given an invoice saying dispatch on the 1st. Then on the 7th I sent an email asking about the delivery, I am still waiting for a response. On the 8th I rang the company to ask and I was informed that my order was dispatched the day before so should be with me that day or the following day. It's now 11th and as yet I'm still waiting.

Dear Carl, we do apologise your parcel hasn’t been delivered. Looking at your customer record, the parcel was dispatched however no further scans have been made with the courier. After speaking with a member of the team today, they have raised a replacement order to leave us today and this will be delivered tomorrow. A separate email will be sent to you with the tracking information that will be available to you.

Ordered a soil sample kit that never cameSubmitted a 2nd end of march, no reply by may. Sent a evmail to info@ no reply, phoned up twice and finally got through. Was told sorry we have the results someone will contact you soonest, 36 hrs later no response so called again and got the results later Expect to wait on the phone, dont expect a reply to the info@ e mail
