“2 items ordered which took 5 days to arrive. In fact, 1 of the items wasn't delivered by the courier and I had to chase Progreen for it ( initially getting responses from an Ai Chat Box). Progreen accepted that the item had not been delivererd and sent a replacement which took a further 4 days tp arrive.”

Hi Jonathan, As Nemasys J is a live biological product that is grown to order, it has a lead time of approximately 2-3 weeks, as stated on the product listing. Your order is scheduled for delivery via our refrigerated courier service on 17/09. “I like the fact they use royal mail instead of unless evri etc also you can contact them via telephone and speak to a real person which is a rarity these days. Iv not used any of the product yet but I am sure it will be ok”
