Grass seed appears good quality, but the delivery took far too long which meant I missed the ideal opportunity to overseed my garden. If the delivery time improved then I would give a 4/5 review.

After 5 days of no information re delivery I sent an email which was ignored. a After 8 days my phone calls went unanswered, as was my subsequent email. The product arrived after 10 days.

It is exactly what I wanted that local garden centres cannot supply. Ideal for people with bigger gardens. The home delivery is a plus.

Well if I had it delivered I would be able to try it and give u the feed back .the parcel force delivery driver took the parcel back after no one was here and didn't even leave a card in letter box

I had to chase order at least 2 times I ordered on 13/03/26 i was told in e mail and in person its on its way I will be sent an e mail regarding delivery I chased again 20/03/26 to be told delivey attemted that morning at 08.41 as I had not recieved an e mail I was not expecting delivery I was told they will attemt to redeliver usualy if morning delivery it would be same. Monday 23rd it arrived just after 1pm again no email confirmation but I stayed in as for a week I had 1 ton of top soil on drive awaiting seed POOR communication for a pound more Amazon deliver in 2 days

Hi Dave, Our sincere apologies you felt this was delayed, this looks to have been attempted on 19th March - which was the 4th working day since your order. Unfortunately it does look as if our courier then didn't attempt delivery the next day, and it was subsequently delivered the next working day. I will most definitely have this raised for you, certainly from a perspective of not receiving any tracking info - this should go out as standard, so please accept our apologies if this wasn't the case this time. Nothing at all wrong with product but order tracking can be improved .. the link provided for a tracking service was cumbersome and unsuccessful. I had no idea that delivery was being made from this link. I needed to call main office to find out delivery day ( but no estimated time of delivery could be given)

Product eventually arrived after having to chase them up for delivery details and updates. 10 days from order to delivery was poor in my opinion considering the postage charge. Not used item yet so can’t comment on quality but doubt I would rush to re order due to poor communication.

Logging on is a faff. Delivery could be quicker. I had to phone our treasurer to agree card payment after the order was made. So it took quite a long time to make a simple purchase. I understand the need for security, but this was a pain in the perverbial. You did not give a delivery date. I did not understand how to log on to the tracking ap. I delivery by post office one by parcel force 4 days later.

Delivery estimated at 3-5 working days when purchased product online. Took at least seven working days to arrive. My email asking for an update on order progress was ignored.
