“I recently subscribed to quarterly subscriptions with ProGreen following recommendations from others and I placed my order over the phone on Sept 17, I was assured at the time my order would be delivered within 3-5 business days. I left for my holiday 9no days later (7no business days) still having not received my order. ProGreen have emailed me stating delivery has now taken place (obviously in my absence) which I have no way of checking until I return. I have no clue where my package might have been left, whether it is still there or even if a signature was provided (unlikely as my house is currently unoccupied) and I’m concerned I could potentially be out of pocket over this. For what is my first dealing with ProGreen I feel very disappointed to be honest.”
