“My recently purchased CP15 evolution was faulty and I was frustrated by the lack of technical assistance available. Your phone system left me waiting for ages and nobody responded to my call back request. Despite sending a video of the problem it was implied a new part would solve the problem. I have always found Progreen helpful and this is the first ther has been a problem, but this is the first problem I’ve had.”

“Sent the wrong product. This review is asking me to comment on yet another product I haven’t ordered hence three stars but I have no idea. When I emailed the reply came from an AI robot promising it would be sorted shortly. Almost four days later there has been no contact and absolutely nothing has happened. I will phone and try to speak to a human being to get this resolved.”

“After ordering I realised the more you spend, the more they charge in delivery costs! A strange approach indeed!! This wasn't made clear on their website at all. I tried to phone and email them countless numbers of times over 3 days and after only being responded to by AI I gave up. A person finally responded after the goods had been delivered however he did refund my delivery charge so not all bad!”

Hi there, Please be assured that the delivery fee increase is not on the basis of an increase in spend. Due to the products we ship, our contracts with couriers have to reflect that of hazardous nature. We are charged on the basis of weight, and our delivery fees respond accordingly. You'll find all of our delivery fee increments are detailed on our delivery page on the website. Please note, these are live products made to order and carry a 2-3 week lead time as stated on our delivery page as well as the product listing itself. “First used ProGreen two+ years ago for a weed solution. I got good factual advice before purchase and ended up with Roundup ProActive. ProActive takes quite some time to do its job but I wanted a pet / animal safe product for large area treament on block drives and patio (rabbit run) and gravel paths. This year I reviewed the current products and enquired again and chose RoundUp ProVantage. Site information is very good. Product range is excellent. Prices very competitive if not the best.”

“I purchased the Kurtail Evo weedkiller after, what I can only describe as an explosion, of Mares Tail in the garden. While it seems an initially expensive product, I am currently about 4 days post spraying, already seeing these evil weeds wither and perish. Very glad I made the decision to purchase. Delivery was pretty quick too. Thank you.”

“I've used Grazon Pro before and it is excellent for getting rid of brambles. The ordering system was simple and, as a new customer, I registered for a 10% discount. Delivery was exceptionally speedy although I didn't receive and delivery notifications. I would definitely recommend.”
