“Initially there was some confusion with the suitability of the product I had purchased( Kurtail Evo) as a replacement for Kurtail Gold. When I raised my concern the AI Bot answer just added to my confusion and was less than helpful, A second shot at 'helping me' was not much better and eventually my query was escalated - not sure if it was a senior bot - but I eventually got I reply which confirmed my original thoughts. Whilst the responses were prompt it did take far longer than necessary. By the way -I had tried your phone line on 4 occasions and was invited to press hash(?) to receive a call back - this did not happen at any time ?”

“After a glitch on the Shop app, two orders were accidentally placed with Progreen. I contacted them to try to cancel immediately and got an automated reply. I was called them and was forever on hold. I'm now £250 out of pocket and can't reach a human to rectify this.”
