“Did not like the tracking app, Shop. It's invasive and wanted access to my emails, so I deleted it. Otherwise ProGreen provides a good service and product.”

Hi Michael, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Please be assured that using the Shop app is entirely optional. We offer Shop as a convenient payment and order-tracking solution because many customers find it useful, but you can still complete your purchase as a guest using your card details at checkout without needing to use the app. I apologise if this wasn't made clear during the checkout process. We appreciate your feedback and will review how we present this option to ensure it's more obvious that Shop is just one of several available checkout methods. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I hope this helps clarify things. Kind regards, ProGreen

“It is too early to review the grass seeds purchased. They have just been sown so can not comment on it. Invoice was sent a week after purchasing instead of instantly on payment. It also take one week before the items are recived.”

“The A1 multipurpose seeds are great. They germinate very quickly. I believe the starter fertiliser is also effective. It will be even better if ProGreen can dispatch on the next day instead of three days later. I was worried that I would miss the good weather for sowing. Though I cannot say it is late but it in my own judgment it is rather late. I appreciate the delivery delivery was on time.”

“2 items ordered which took 5 days to arrive. In fact, 1 of the items wasn't delivered by the courier and I had to chase Progreen for it ( initially getting responses from an Ai Chat Box). Progreen accepted that the item had not been delivererd and sent a replacement which took a further 4 days tp arrive.”

“Products and service is excellent but I do wish your postal charges were less. I would say that is generally no need for next day DPD for the items you sell as they are seasonal, could you not offer better value for your customers here? Regards Scott”

“The delivery was unquestionably speedy..within 24hrs. That is as good as you could expect. However, I purchased this product on the advertised control of Horsetail. On reading the instructions, nowwhere does it mention Horstail. I haven't opened this as yet due to my disappointment on the misdiscriptions issue. I would love for you to correct me.”

Hi Clive, Thank you for your feedback. I completely understand the confusion here. Before an active ingredient is brought to market, it is tested against a specific range of weeds, and only those weeds can be listed on the product label as having proven control. While the individual active ingredients in Kurtail Evo have been tested and approved against the weeds shown on the label, it is the combination of these two actives that delivers its excellent performance against horsetail. As the product label is a legal document, we're unable to add claims or amend specifications beyond those officially approved, even where we have extensive experience of the product's effectiveness. Both Kurtail Evo and Kurtail Lawn have undergone rigorous testing as finished formulations to ensure they provide the highest possible level of control against the nightmare that is horsetail (marestail). With that in mind, we're confident you'll be very pleased with the results. I hope this helps, and please don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any further questions. Kind regards, ProGreen

“Patience is the word I would use takes a while to see any results been a couple of weeks now and the dreaðed yarrow is looking sickly. May repeat later in the year depending on weather no sign of damage to the grass.”

“The prodduct Kurtail Evo is excellent and killed the mare's tail really quickly. Delivery was a little longer than I expected and Parcelforce just left the parcel on my doorstep as I was away. Luckily my next door neighbour saw it and took it in for me.”
