“Ordered the product two weeks ago and only arrived yesterday have not tried it yet but hopefully it kills the weeds faster than the delivery”

“Finally got my results back after a month of waiting. I don't mind waiting the time, if the website had stated it would take this long. Communication via email and Facebook...nil (no response after sending a few). If you do need to make contact pick the phone up and call them. Very quick to answer the phone, Once speaking with someone service was good, any questions or queries I had about my results were answered and explained very well. Would use again for soil test, results very precise and detailed. When speaking to a nice lady on the phone she explained the samples can be more than 3 weeks just at the labs, and may be they should change the website to explain the delay can be alot longer. I would be happy to wait the time, as long as I know.”

“1st delivery got lost, no reply to my emails. After call they said sorry we resent for friday, sent email after still not received. One phone call later en next day delivery, this can happen, just unlucky, normaly works verry well.”

Hi there Lex, Terribly sorry for the inconvenience on this one! this doesn't look to have had a scan since leaving our warehouse. I have an investigation raised for the location of this parcel with our courier, however this can take around 10 working days to reach an outcome for you. On this basis i have processed a replacement for you on an express 24 hour delivery. “Have used this product many times and found the delivery to be very quick. However, unfortunately this last order failed to meet my previous expectations. Despite sending X2 emails to chase up delivery timescales, I didn't receive a response. When I telephoned, I was told there was a backlog and my order appeared to have gone astray and would be replaced. Unfortunately this meant I had to wait over 2 weeks from placement of the order until delivery. The company didn't deliver on customer service this time which is a huge disappointment.”

“Happy with products and service as usual. A little disappointed that I had to call to find out where the delivery was as usually delivered in 2/3days. Delay was due to you not having the wild flower seeds for bees, however this was resolved by you sending a replacement. There was obviously a misunderstanding somewhere as for a replacement I was going to get was a 4 to 1 mix as a replacement (the 4 being grass seed). This was for an experiment in the corner of a paddock so have used anyway, but just felt I had to point out it wasn't a good like for like replacement. I'll have to make sure I ask more questions next time. Regards Julian”

“As always I manged to find the products that I needed at a competitive price, it wasn't until I read how much extra you charged me just to send my order to the Scottish Highlands that I felt a little disappointed, I guess in the future I will have to spend more time scrolling through different Internet companies looking for better total price.”

“Delivery, timing and packaging excelent as normal. I have tried a number of new products New Way weed spray on the advice of progreen to combat Liverport and SB plant invigorator to help with whitefly in the greenhouse and because of that I cannot use them until 2025 the jury is still out regaring their effectiveness. I have also tried a new weed spray Gallop Hi - Aktiv Amenity as I needed something stronger. I will review all at a later date in 2025.”
