“Very good product but would have liked a little more guidance about usage”

“The prodduct Kurtail Evo is excellent and killed the mare's tail really quickly. Delivery was a little longer than I expected and Parcelforce just left the parcel on my doorstep as I was away. Luckily my next door neighbour saw it and took it in for me.”

“Products eventually arrived after I chased them. Applied as instructed and the lawn is starting to show some improvement after ten days. Now we have some warmer weather I'm hoping to see some major benefits, but the jury is till out for now.”

“Nothing at all wrong with product but order tracking can be improved .. the link provided for a tracking service was cumbersome and unsuccessful. I had no idea that delivery was being made from this link. I needed to call main office to find out delivery day ( but no estimated time of delivery could be given)”

“Logging on is a faff. Delivery could be quicker. I had to phone our treasurer to agree card payment after the order was made. So it took quite a long time to make a simple purchase. I understand the need for security, but this was a pain in the perverbial. You did not give a delivery date. I did not understand how to log on to the tracking ap. I delivery by post office one by parcel force 4 days later.”

“We found ProGreen on the internet as a place to source Blood, Fish & Bonemeal for use in the renovation of our community garden. The sales team were very helpful with ordering and payment as we were unable to use the online ordering system being a small charity run by volunteers. The product was excellent and has been well used during the replanting of the borders.”
