“Very disappointed I ordered some A1 premiership pro grass seed from your website, specifically because it said you HAD IT IN STOCK I had a customer waiting to finish a lawn… The seed turns up nearly 2 weeks later……. Do not mislead your customers, it has serious knock on effects, simply saying it won’t matter if a client waits a couple of days makes me look incompetent and unreliable to my customers in peek sowing season Poor show pro green”

“I purchased ground pegs for fixing down heavyweight ground cover. These pegs have so far proved to be very good quality compared to the hundreds I’ve previously bought and used and have broken during use. “The product is great . But delivery was terrible again ! Wrong size truck. Couldn’t get under low bridge had to walk pallet through village then couldn’t get the trolley down to the farm yard . We were meant to have twelve . Only 10 were delivered and one sack delivered ruptured . More photos to follow”

“I needed my order for the weekend and called Progreen on a Wednesday to see if it would arrive by Friday and was told it would. I then went ahead with the order as even if it didnt arrive until Saturday I would still be able to get the job done over the weekend. The order did not arrive until the following Saturday.”
