Have used this product many times and found the delivery to be very quick. However, unfortunately this last order failed to meet my previous expectations. Despite sending X2 emails to chase up delivery timescales, I didn't receive a response. When I telephoned, I was told there was a backlog and my order appeared to have gone astray and would be replaced. Unfortunately this meant I had to wait over 2 weeks from placement of the order until delivery. The company didn't deliver on customer service this time which is a huge disappointment.

My item was marked as dispatched on 30/04/25 it is now 12/05/95 and still not arrived. Communication is zero as several emails have had no responce

We do apologise there has been a delay in receiving your parcel. After looking into this further, the order was placed on 28th April and dispatched the next working day. We have a tracking number available with Parcel Force and can see there is an ongoing issue with the address, and they are unable to make this delivery until they’ve had confirmation of the address. After following this up this morning, we can confirm the address has been rectified and the parcel will be out for delivery and with you no later than Thursday this week. I made a purchase on the 1/05 and was given an invoice saying dispatch on the 1st. Then on the 7th I sent an email asking about the delivery, I am still waiting for a response. On the 8th I rang the company to ask and I was informed that my order was dispatched the day before so should be with me that day or the following day. It's now 11th and as yet I'm still waiting.

Dear Carl, we do apologise your parcel hasn’t been delivered. Looking at your customer record, the parcel was dispatched however no further scans have been made with the courier. After speaking with a member of the team today, they have raised a replacement order to leave us today and this will be delivered tomorrow. A separate email will be sent to you with the tracking information that will be available to you.

Ordered a soil sample kit that never cameSubmitted a 2nd end of march, no reply by may. Sent a evmail to info@ no reply, phoned up twice and finally got through. Was told sorry we have the results someone will contact you soonest, 36 hrs later no response so called again and got the results later Expect to wait on the phone, dont expect a reply to the info@ e mail

The company is reliable and dispatches items swiftly. The postage costs are high, although this charge is similar to other companies presumably due to the toxic nature of the contents. I have used this firm before and can vouch for their reliability.

Dear John, a colleague has tried to reach you today, however, has been unsuccessful so they have left you a voicemail. In response to your review, your parcel has been dispatched but looking into the tracking, no further information has been provided from the courier, therefore we will need to take up an investigation with them. In the meantime, a replacement order has been raised and will be dispatched tomorrow (13th May) and on a next day delivery that should arrive before 2pm. One of the team will call you with any further issues if they arise. We sincerely apologise for the delay.

Dear Gerald, after looking into the tracking of the order, we can confirm that it doesn’t appear to have had any scans by the courier since it was dispatched and therefore, we’ll be taking it up with them to investigate further. Happy with products and service as usual. A little disappointed that I had to call to find out where the delivery was as usually delivered in 2/3days. Delay was due to you not having the wild flower seeds for bees, however this was resolved by you sending a replacement. There was obviously a misunderstanding somewhere as for a replacement I was going to get was a 4 to 1 mix as a replacement (the 4 being grass seed). This was for an experiment in the corner of a paddock so have used anyway, but just felt I had to point out it wasn't a good like for like replacement. I'll have to make sure I ask more questions next time. Regards Julian
