“I was keen to sample my soil. I received the kit and returned my soil. This was followed by multiple calls from me seeking further information. The staff were helpful but could not explain the problem. I was eventually refunded but spent several months of irritation and frustration. I am surprised to be asked for a review. We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to wait for updates and not receive clear information. We’d like to clarify that the recently introduced new procedures for shipping samples from the UK to Belfast is what caused these complications, combined with further complications from our courier partners. This caused delays and confusion in tracking and processing some shipments.
