“Had no problem with ProGreen but delivery by UPS was atrocious. First package (2 x 5L bottles) was damaged so delivery delayed until they got one new bottle from ProGreen. So delivery was then one leaking box with one full bottle and one half empty - contents at least partly in plastic bag within box - and a separate bot with one full bottle. This for a product that could cause skin irritation. Accidents do happen but delivering something in this state really not good enough.”

“This review is based on my latest experience with ProGreen - my order took over two weeks to arrive, during which time there was no communication from ProGreen and no response to an email sent requesting a delivery date. Payment of £800 was taken upfront, which I don’t mind if delivery is made in a reasonable timeframe. If awaiting stock this should be made clear on the website and payment taken upon despatch.”

“Bought a product and paid for next day delivery. Unfortunately they were let down by I UPS so we didn’t get the product in time. However whenever I contacted Progreen they couldn’t have been more helpful. Full marks for progreen zero for UPS”

Once we were notified that your order had not been received, we did re-dispatch a replacement for you.
