“2 items ordered which took 5 days to arrive. In fact, 1 of the items wasn't delivered by the courier and I had to chase Progreen for it ( initially getting responses from an Ai Chat Box). Progreen accepted that the item had not been delivererd and sent a replacement which took a further 4 days tp arrive.”

“I ordered some law treatment and still havent received it two weeks later... I have been unable to contact anyone due to being routed via AI every time I try. Not good customer service.”

Hi Jonathan, As Nemasys J is a live biological product that is grown to order, it has a lead time of approximately 2-3 weeks, as stated on the product listing. Your order is scheduled for delivery via our refrigerated courier service on 17/09. Please note that, due to the live nature of the product, it should be applied within 48 hours of delivery to ensure maximum effectiveness. “I like the fact they use royal mail instead of unless evri etc also you can contact them via telephone and speak to a real person which is a rarity these days. Iv not used any of the product yet but I am sure it will be ok”
