“Ordered a 5kg bag of grass seed and it took them 9 days to deliver it!”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We're very sorry to hear that your grass seed took longer than expected to arrive. While we do state a 3-5 working day delivery timeframe on our website, a 9-day wait is certainly longer than we would have wanted. Unfortunately, we experienced some disruption with carrier collections during this period, which led to delays for a number of orders leaving our warehouse. “Had to call twice after waiting for overs week and was the order was on a pallet awaiting collection from transport co, not really good service so if you can wait for your delivery they are ok but I needed mine really quick”

“I had arranged to over sow a number clients lawns. I had arranged to do the work six working days after I placed it. My order should of been with me in 3 to 5 days but it took 7 working days. I had to phone to see where it was. No one had come back to me to tell me that it was running late and the reason why.”

“Very slow to ship. No response from online chat, no response on phone and no reply to cancellation email. Two days after l cancelled via email l received despatch notification for the following day. Same product on Amazon had next day delivery and free shipping.”

“Usually a good company but clearly overwhelmed with orders at this time of year . The issues recently raised I had wasn’t just that it took a long time to receive the grass seed , it was that they misled me on several occasions on delivery dates that never happened.”
