Hi Carol, Thank you for your feedback. Could you share the reasoning behind your statement please? We advise a 3-5 working day timeframe throughout our peak season, with upwards of 1000 orders flowing through our system each day and relying on human labour, increasing our employment from an already hard-working, efficient team by over 70%, this is what we have found to be accurate and not at risk of becoming misleading to our customers. I can see your order has now been delivered. I'd recommend opting for next-day delivery on checkout if any further orders are required urgently. We appreciate your feedback. In a world of programming, AI, and automated systems, it can be difficult to remember that small teams still sit in the background of companies like ours to keep everything as it should. “Very good website with useful product information. Easy to order. Delivery was slightly delayed (by 2 days, only because of switch to new courier), but I received prompt and helpful response from Customer Services. Have ordered from ProGreen previously and will do so again.”

“I have used this product now for a couple of years and it's great. Kurtail kills mares tail dead in two or three days. Brilliant product glad I found it. Ordering from the website site is also so quick and easy. In addition to the great service and quick delivery they have the most interesting blogs on subjects that concern most gardeners like lawn maintenance and weed control. Glad I found ProGreen.”

“This is the first time that I've purchased from you since you moved from Bourne and I'd found the product selection/packing/release to courier was problematic. At the point of purchase it was not made clear when I might expect to receive the goods. The courier was fine but ..... I received the order some days after I was expecting it. Customer service on checking delivery was somewhat "off-hand" & seems on the whole to have degenerated. Although my purchases have been occasional I have been purchasing from you for many years.”
