“Progreen offer a training package which is done via Lantra, my trouble is nothing has been sent from Lantra, Ive phoned Progreen who said they'd sort it out, and nothing. Its not a massive problem as I maybe able to get the online training elsewhere or do without but its pretty poor when a company offers something, takes your money and then delivers naff all.”

I can see that you have an outstanding rodent management course registered & accessed in June, having recently re-purchased the rodent management course, the LANTRA online portal will not recognise a second registration under the same email address. “Very good selection of products, but postage costs let the overall score down. £6.95 to post some chikara is just too much ! Royal mail small parcel is £3.55 tracked 48hr delivery. No one enjoys being ripped off.”
