“The first delivery I received hadn't been taken care of. When I took some of the trims out of the package several were bent and dented luckily I have enough to do what I needed. The second delivery was fine. I assume the problem was the couriers who don't take care of what they deliver”

“The delivery service from Pro Tiler is poor beyond belief. Not their fault but Pallex their delivery company.At first they lost my order so had to reorder. I told them only to.deliver a week later as was away on holiday. During holiday the delivery company ring asking where we were as they want to deliver the lost delivery 10 days late!!! I explained everything so they took the pallet back only to recieve an email the next day saying they would try delivering again. Then recieved email from the delivery company saying the pallet was delivered!! I asked my stepdaughter to check on the delivery to be told nothing had been delivered. WTF???? Then yesterday recieve email from Pro Tilers thanking me for my order and the delivery would be today AM. Thankfully we were home and took delivery. The only thing Pro Tilers did would knock off 25 quid from a near ÂŁ500 pound order. Lucky I am a DIYer had did not have customers waiting.
Pro Tiler themselves are great and really wanted to help but were let down by their delivery partner.
All resolved so all happy.”

“Nice Rubi trowel, great quality stainless 12mm for larger tiles.
Bihui pencil was disappointing but after discussion with a very proactive Danny at Pro Tiller Tools the manufacturer has offered a replacement to try. Hopefully better.
Tile 120 grit buffing pad is excellent perfect for prepping a cut edge to factory finish chamfer.
Delivery; an option for Royal mail would be appreciated as generally they are cheaper and faster in the Highlands than courier services.
Overall a good service and will certainly use again.”

“Grout looks more beige than light grey between my pavers. Photos sent to Suppliers who are looking into this as they say the wrong colour (beige) may have been packed into the external container (which says light grey) there are no markings on inner 2 packages (that I can see) which would identify the colour of the grout.
I am awaiting the outcome of the suppliers enquiries.”

“I ordered various items at a cost of around ÂŁ620 for a clients bathroom. Timescales were tight and I paid for the next day delivery service at a cost of ÂŁ23.99. I was informed that there would be a delay the day after placing the order, with the reason being the items would be coming direct from the supplier. I understand this but it could have been made clearer at the point of ordering to allow a decision to be made on whether to proceed. Communication from the team was good however, and I was refunded the next day delivery charge.”
