“Pro tiler products are really good, only problem is with DPD Delivery first order arrived left by back door, he did not knock the door found 1 package damaged, ordered more of the same product not sure how much I would use waited outside for the delivery it was the same driver and when I asked him why did leave a damaged parcel i was told he did not have time to speak to me he did not damage it the package was clearly wet underneath and the weather was dry my driver was Mathew very rude”

“With this order very good how very with previous order 1150513 very poor website says 1-3 day delivery rang on second day to check and tol yes would be delivered on the third day never turned up rang on the afternoon of the fourth day and told that it would be with me before 12 noon on the fifth day which I did but I had to cancel the tiler twice which he wasn’t happy about when I rang and complained I was told that you would refund the haulage charge which I am still waiting for”

DPD sent a text in the morning with a slot of 2pm to 3pm, then at about 4pm another text to say I wasn't in when they called and I had to collect the parcel from a collection point a few miles away. “Experience with Pro Tiler as it usually is was great with goods being dispatched within about an hour of placing the order however the let down was Pall-Ex notifications. I was informed I would get a an email notification of delivery window two hours before delivery and a text or email around half an hour before delivery. In practise I received both an email and text notifying of the delivery window after the delivery notification and the items were delivered within less than half an hour of receiving the delivery window. Not great if site operatives are required to unload form back edge of footpath or worse due to value , items are left on pavement as no one is around due to late/poor notification of delivery window/time.”

“This was my first order with this Company, and unfortunately was marred by sending me the wrong item. For this I could really only give a 2* rating. However the error was quickly corrected when they were advised and a replacement was ordered immediately. This duly arrived within 24 hours and the courier also collected the wrong item to return to the Company, so for this I can give them 5*. Amend: After further consideration I feel I was a little harsh in my original rating. The only detrimental point was in the picking of the item before sending, otherwise this could have been a 5*. I have therefore decided to revise the overall process to 4*.”
