“I was a bit disappointed that the website said it had stock of a couple of items that I’ve ordered recently only to be told it’s not in stock. I’m stilll waiting for a refund for the cutter I ordered and that is £146 and I can’t order from elsewhere yet until I get the money back in my account. If it’s not in stock they should say it’s not in stock.”

“Products arrived in good time, (tutor cut and montolit. Disc and cleaning cut stone) all first time purchase from pro tiler and for use by a relative beginner. Seem good quality and appear as though they will last a good while. Only criticism was packaging, external box was solid but no padding inside. So just lose in a cardboard box. Cut block could easily have broken- but didn't, and tutor cut had popped out of its packaging and was loose I. The box.
Would definitely buy from again, but they just need some paper packing or bubble wrap to protect items.”
