“After some research I decided to get the Rubi system. Would liked to have had more advice from the person who took the order as I was not 100% certain and. I already has 5mm spacers from screwfix so I didn’t need the more expensive 5mm levelling system but I came to that conclusion myself. So overall I was happy but prefer to be advised more. This oversight should not have occurred initially. I contacted them via email multiple times to resolve the issue.

“You need to improve the way to send the invoices. All the invoices pdf files are named "Invoice" it's a nightmare finding them.
Also the number of the invoice is not shown, only an order number assuming that is the invoice number.
A download portal would be very useful, if you don;t want to change the filename of invoices.”
