One board was slightly damaged which may not have been spotted when loading, however not an issue as board surplus to eventual needs.
Good communication re delivery date and tracking. With my build project nearing completion I may not have to return to ProTiler for components but wouldn't hesitate to recommend.”

“Not a great experience.
Paid £150 for delivery. Only 3 out of 4 packages were delivered initially, 6 days later the remaining parts of the order arrived after much chasing (the excuse was it came directly from the supplier).
The package I had delivered from PTT directly didn't contain what I'd ordered at all and had to wait another couple of days for the correct items to arrive.
Completley ignored repeatedly by PTT when I suggested perhaps as goodwill they should refund either part or all of the huge delivery costs to compensate me for both my time and delays.
In future, I'll buy locally.”

“Gooda arrived quickly, but were the wrong colour. A bit annoying to have to send pictures of the goods before a replacement could be sent, but overall a good reaction to the error, as the replacements to arrive today.”
“I recently purchased some latex floor levelling compound from Pro Tiler Tools. It’s the first time I have used them they didn’t have the product I went there for in stock however the lad on the counter recommended an alternative product which was actually better and more suitable for my situation and made the job easier. The counter staff were very helpful and friendly. They made the whole transaction very pleasant nothing is too much trouble. I will be using them from now on in the future. It’s a bit of a drive for me from Kettering to Northampton but I think it’s worth it considering the help and advice they provide. Give these guys a try if you need anything to do with floors you won’t be disappointed.”
