“Was extremely pleased with price of Matt Stone from Pro Tiler Tools and the following emails that kept me in the loop regarding delivery.
However, DPD as a courier, was useless.
The driver, Ben, delivered my very large and heavy box to my neighbour 50m away. My neighbour told DPD that it was the wrong address and where to go to deliver it. The driver, Ben, left the box there with the neighbour. I had to get a wheelbarrow to bring the parcel to my home as I could not carry it due to the size of the box and weight. I would not recommend DPD as they let down Pro Tiler Tools.”
