“Very reasonable price would have given 5 stars but delivery times very vague no set day given then a text saying would be on 4th July had a phone call on 3rd July saying delivery outside house, I was at work so they took it back and said they'd deliver next day but couldn't say if it would be am or pm”

We offer a next working day delivery service up until 6pm the previous day and we pride ourselves on getting customers their orders on time. I can see from your order that you placed your order 15.30pm 28/6/23 and received 29/6/23 at 14.33pm. We are one of the only business in industry who do a next working day up until 6pm.
We strive to provide a fast, efficient delivery service and these costs are in place to allow a quick turnaround from our couriers. If it was possible to charge less this is something we would love to do, unfortunately with costs going up everywhere this is not possible.
