“Product was good and the delivery arrived as agreed. I didn’t realise though that standard delivery wasn’t free and that next day delivery cost was on top of the standard delivery cost.
Also I may have ordered 2 rolls of tape and when the order confirmation came through I raised this. An immediate response said the order would be amended and a refund would be issued within 3-5 working days. 9 working days later all they want to do is send me an email confirming that a refund has been issued. I have not received it!
When PTT finally investigated it would seem a refund was not required as this was netted off at the time payment was taken. This was not clear to me or them which is why it took so long to resolve.”

“Bought the Kerakoll Fugabella Colour Resin Cement Grout, which, I am not conviced the mixing instructions were correct, as the lack of water (800ml per bag) made for an unworkable mix, far to dry, then even though added extra water, made the mix incredibly difficult to work, drying within 20 mins. I continued to add water and eventually got around to grouting the 8m2 of tiling (10mmx300mm tile), so shoudl have been easy. Had the mix been better, I am confident this Grout will be superior, excellent strong hold, and strength. I was also happy with the colour. I should also caveat my concern with the fact, I am a DIYer, not a professional tiler, who I am confident would have realised the mix was incorrect. I woud also comfortably purchase this product again, but would not follow the mix instructions.”

Was disappointed it didn’t arrive on the Monday after receiving a message on the Saturday to say it had been dispatched?
