“Very reasonable price would have given 5 stars but delivery times very vague no set day given then a text saying would be on 4th July had a phone call on 3rd July saying delivery outside house, I was at work so they took it back and said they'd deliver next day but couldn't say if it would be am or pm”

“As a company fast dispatch and efficient - but sadly let down by their choice of 'courier' - at least in my case. I ordered next-day delivery - which would have been a Tuesday - FedEx made a number of errors which lead to delivery finally taking place on Thursday. FedEx tracking system is appalling and desperately needs updating. Pro-Tiler where genuinely apologetic and responded to all my communications. But an entirely frustrating experience for me nonetheless.”
